Andrew is a qualified Accountant who brings to Lewis Manning Hospice Care, a wealth of experience acquired in Commercial , Operational & Technical roles. His career has included senior roles at Barclays, Currys, the Phoenix Group and LV. He is a board member of the Canford Heath School Pyramid and has performed Chair of Finance and Treasurer roles in local educational settings.

Clare Gallie - CEO

Clare has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, but always wanted to be part of an organisation that reflects her values. At 24, she joined Macmillian Cancer Support as Regional Manager. Progressing quickly to become Head of Fundraising at Cancer Research, then Head of UK Fundraising for CLIC Sargent, after 9 years Clare moved onto Directorial roles, before becoming CEO of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care.

Hayley Bonner

Hayley is Lewis-Manning's ‘registered manager' by the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. She has worked in a variety of settings including Emergency and urgent care, Surgical and Primary Care. Hayley has a strong passion for service redesign and development of new services.

Mandy Hickson

Mandy has over 30 years experience within aviation. She joined the Royal Air Force in 1994 and was a the first woman to fly the Tornado GR4 on the front line, where she operated in hostile environments. Since leaving the RAF she retrained as a facilitator and coach in human factors. Drawing on her experience of calculated risk-taking, decision-making under pressure & the critical role of the human in the system, she transfers vivid lessons from the cockpit to other management and leadership contexts. Mandy is a highly demanded keynote speaker, where she talks with humour and passion to inspire those around her. She has been invited to share her insights with some of the world's most successful organisations where she describes the strategies & behaviours that can be adopted when the stakes are high. She recently launched her bestselling book, ‘An Officer, not a gentleman', her inspirational journey to become a pioneering female fighter pilot. Susan Newcombe

Susan has board level experience as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in both the private and third sector. She has worked in the third sector specialising in health care, initially for child and adult cancer charities and later in palliative care for hospices. Susan is a qualified PRINCE2® Project Manager and MInstF with the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

Tom Goodinge

Tom's career started in the commercial world, as Business Development Manager for Vodafone. After 6 years he moved into the charity sector at St Margaret's Hospice Care as their Supporter Development Manager and was promoted to Head of Supporter Care and Individual Giving, before joining Lewis-Manning Hospice Care.
