, joined Elecsec in 2017 and later in 2018 became a joint business partner. Richard was a fellow college apprentice, so were old acquaintances. Richard's career led him to specialising in the servicing, reactive and preventative maintenance side of management, working for three local fire & security companies before starting his own business, Wright Guard Fire & Security in 2010.
