Alan Nixon - CFO

Alan qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 1993 and has held a number of senior finance roles in the Construction and Property Sectors. As Finance Director of Linbrook Services Ltd Alan was key to the successful sale of the business to the Wates Group. Subsequent to this he held the position of Group Finance Director of HG Construction Group during a period of rapid growth. Being a keen cyclist at the weekends Alan can be found cycling around near his home in the Chiltern Hills.

Barry O`Sullivan

Barry has spent his working life in commercial roles within the construction industry. As one of ME Construction's founding members, he has been responsible for delivering controlled strategic growth to the ME Construction brand. Since 1970, Barry has been a diehard Chelsea fan. Recently, he has enjoyed seeing the club's success in Europe - having travelled to both Moscow and Munich to see the team play. He believes Jose Mourinho to be Chelsea's greatest ever acquisition and is delighted at his return to Stamford Bridge. When not working, Barry can be found in Stamford Bridge's West Stand.

Paul Driver

Paul Driver joined the ME Construction management team in 2008 as Business Development Director. In this role, his key task is identifying opportunities, contacting new clients and maintaining existing client relationships. For the seven years before joining ME Construction, Paul had carried out a similar role at YJL London Ltd, working alongside Dennis Barnard.

Peter McCullagh

  • Estimating Manager
Peter joined the board of ME Construction in 2008 to help the business grow strategically. In doing this, he also renewed his working relationship with Barry O'Sullivan - a relationship which began in 1984. Peter heads up the Estimating Department, looking after the estimating and bid delivery process. Peter spent over 20 years coaching football at a number of professional football clubs - most recently, Queen Park Rangers. Obtaining his UEFA ‘A' Licence has enabled Peter to contribute positively to football development in the UK.
