Adele has been a cornerstone of our firm since she began as an apprentice in 2013, and she now holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's Certificate in Financial Services. Adele uses her skills and experience to run a top-notch office environment, ensuring the highest standard of client care is delivered at every level. She's also our vulnerable client champion.
Alex began working in financial services in 2017 and has since obtained the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. This has allowed him to achieve chartered status and become a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He has also been awarded the certificates in Mortgage Advice and Equity Release from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Alex is a devoted Coventry City football fan - to Rob's dismay.

Chris joined the mortgage scene in the 90s and holds the CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice, so you're in good hands for your property finance needs. When he's not finding you the best deal possible, Chris is playing golf, swimming, or partaking in some other sporting endeavour.

Chris qualified as a financial adviser in 199 8 and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and the Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM) qualification with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Chris loves sitting down with new clients to chat life goals and ho w to achieve them, utilising all areas of financial planning and wealth management.
Emma has been delivering five-star customer service her entire career, and so we were thrilled when she joined our team as a Financial Administrator. She's achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration whilst providing the highest level of dedicated care to everyone who gets in touch with us.

Hannah initially joined our ranks as a Paraplanner after graduating from Durham University and holds a Diploma in Regulated Fi nancial Planning. She is now a key member of our advising team and works on everything from pensions to investments so that you can achieve your financial goals. Hannah is currently laser-fo cussed on her study towards Chartered status.
Isabella joined our team in 2023 on a Financial Services Apprenticeship and is always enthusiastic in helping you with your administrative needs. She's got a degree in Sociology, a pharmaceutical background, and loves exploring Leamington's independent shops.

Lisa has over 30 years of financial services experience and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's Financial Planning Certificate and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). If you need to set up a trustee bank account, Lisa is the expert you want at your side. She also puts her financial exper tise to good use on our Inve stm ent Committee.
Luke graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2021. He's now working towards his Certificate in Financial Services whilst helping you with all of your financial needs, backed by a Wicked soundtrack (the musical, pun intended).
Michael has over 30 years of experience in financial services, holds the coveted Chartered Financial Planner status, and is an Associate member of the Society of Later Life Advisers. Thanks to his breadth of experience, Michael is a go-to IFA for all areas of financial planning. Michael is also an Associate of the Personal Finance Society and is passionate about ethical investing.

After graduating from Coventry University with a degree in economics, Milena joined our team as a Financial Administrator. Since then, she's completed the Certificate in Financial Services, finished her Financial Administrator Apprenticeship, and is continuing her study - fuelled by frequent trips to Leamington Spa's coffee shops.

Natasha has over 18 years' experience and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's Certificate in Financial Administration and Certificate in Mortgage Advice. Natasha specialises in producing Mortgage Capacity Assessments for divorcing couples, and does it with the warmth, care, and attention to detail you need. It's no surprise that she's our Mental Health First Aider.

Rob has over 30 years of financial services experience and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's Diploma in Financial Planning and G60 Pensions qualification. If you're looking for an expert in pensions, retirement planning, wealth management or trustee investments, Rob is your guy. He's the Prin ciple at our firm, chairs our Investment Committee, and is a passionate supporter of Birmingham City F.C.
Sophie has a literature degree, almost a decade of multi-channel marketing experience, and is a passionate creative. She's worked in various sectors throughout her career and joined the team in 2023 after four years within accounting technology. As a nature-lover, Sophie can most often be found in the woods or on top of a hill somewhere.
Zoe joined our team as a part-time Financial Administrator in October 2021, whilst completing her Business Diploma. She has now launched her marketing career with a Level 3 Advanced Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship. Zoe has collected more passport stamps than office coffee cups.
