Job Titles:
- Head of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs
Antonia focuses on the sustainability of investments and leads a wide range of corporate affairs for the company, including investor relations. A core part of Antonia's role is to monitor and analyse environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk management across all investments, working closely with the broader team and the underlying portfolio. Antonia is also responsible for developing content to ensure clarity of reporting to our investors and in publicly available information. She sits on the University of Oxford's Environmental Sustainability Sub-Committee.
Antonia joined OUem in January 2014 having previously worked at financial communications agencies, where she specifically focused on financial services and investment businesses.
She is a graduate of the University of Oxford (Worcester College), where she studied Geography.
Bryn is responsible for ESG research and analysis of the underlying portfolio, to support OUem's ESG disclosures. Bryn joined OUem in 2022, having received a LLM in Global Environment and Climate Change Law from The University of Edinburgh, and a BSc in Biodiversity and Ecology from Stellenbosch University.
Caspar is responsible for quantitative diligence, research and ongoing evaluation of the underlying portfolio.
Caspar joined OUem in 2022, having graduated with a BA in History and French from the University of Oxford (St John's College).

Chloe is responsible for portfolio strategy and risk analysis. She is also involved in work related to investment team systems and technology.
Chloe joined OUem in 2011 further to gaining financial and investment experience in London, Moscow and Kiev.
She is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the University of Oxford (Exeter College). She also recently completed an MSc in Data Science with distinction from Birkbeck College, University of London. Chloe is a Finance and Risk Committee Member for the Oxfordshire Community Foundation and a Trustee for St John's Wood Church PCC.
Claire is responsible for the day-to-day management of OUem's facilities and premises as well as business and administrative support. She ensures our office and team operate as efficiently as possible and have all the support they need.
Connor provides accounting and administrative support across investments and OUem as a regulated business.
Connor joined in 2021 further to graduating from the University of Oxford (St Hugh's College).

Dom is responsible for the day to day operation of OUem as a limited, regulated company from a financial perspective.
Dom is a Chartered Accountant and prior to joining, spent six years with EY as a member of their assurance department in London.
Ed is responsible for investment implementation, portfolio management support and oversight of operational due diligence for The Oxford Endowment Fund.
Ed joined in 2018 further to graduating from the University of Oxford (Pembroke College).
Elliot is responsible for sourcing, diligence, and evaluation of investments across all asset classes.
He joined OUem in 2020, after graduating from the University of Oxford (St Cross College), and is a CFA charterholder.
Fay is Chief Operating Officer, sits on the Board of OUem and is OUem's named Compliance Officer. As a director of the company, Fay is jointly responsible for the overall strategy of the business. She also leads investment operations and the day to day running of OUem, managing a team of professionals responsible for performance measurement and reporting, company risk management, audits and controls.
Fay joined OUem in November 2007 and, prior to this, spent eight years at the Wellcome Trust, most recently as Head of Investment Operations. She is also a Trustee at CABA (Chartered Accountants Benevolent Association) and Chair of its Investment Committee.
Fay is a graduate of the University of Kent (BSc Hons) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1999.
Heinrich is responsible for sourcing, diligence and evaluation of investments across all asset classes. Heinrich joined OUem in 2023 from Pictet Alternative Advisors, where he had been Head of Hedge Funds since 2017 and a member of the Pictet investment committee. He has previously held positions as CIO at Amundi Alternative Investments, overseeing alternative assets for institutional clients, and Deputy CIO at Permal Group. He began his career in alternative investments at Concordia Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund.
Heinrich holds a master's degree from both Oxford and Columbia University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
Ilze is responsible for the successful delivery of technology systems across the business. Covering day to day issues and development roadmaps, Ilze joined OUem in 2009 from a UK investment manager.
Ilze is a graduate of Stellenbosch University and the University of South Africa.
John is responsible providing technical accounting support across investments. He previously worked for Hedge Fund Administrators including State Street AIS and HedgeServ.
John qualified as an ACCA accountant in 2011.
Katie is responsible for all technology aspects of OUem including the strategy, service management, application development, governance and adoption. Katie brings over twelve years of technology management experience and joined OUem in 2021, following ten years working in a large UK logistics company.
Katie is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University.

- Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England
Leonard is responsible for managing the legal and compliance aspects of OUem and the funds it manages. He joined OUem in September 2022 after a mixture of both private practice and in-house experience, including just under six years at a sovereign wealth fund.
Leonard is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and has also qualified as a chartered company secretary and governance professional with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Leonard holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Luke is responsible for managing relationships with our investors, providing a key point of contact. He works closely with the wider team to deliver responsive and accurate reporting to our investors, as well as publicly available information for their stakeholders. Prior to joining OUem, Luke worked for a London-based financial and strategic communications agency, specialising in market and investor communication. Luke studied International Politics and Security Studies at the University of Sheffield.

Monica is Sandra Robertson's personal assistant. Monica previously spent 12 years as an executive assistant at a UK private equity fund.

Neamul leads the investment team, with responsibility for all asset groups across the portfolio, implementing strategy, investment objectives and risk management. He joined OUem in 2012 from a multi-family office. Neamul began his career as a Consultant at PwC Strategy with a particular specialism in commercial due diligence and business valuations, and spent time working on various policy initiatives within local government.
Peter Maher - Chief Investment Officer
Peter is responsible for sourcing, diligence and evaluation of investments across all asset classes. Prior to joining OUem in 2023, Peter was the Head of Venture Capital Investing at Legal & General. With significant experience advising and managing multi-asset portfolios for charities, family offices and corporates, he also spent seven years at Cambridge Associates, lastly as Head of EMEA Private Equity and Venture Capital Research. Peter holds a master's degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Duke University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Rachel is responsible for financial management and all day-to-day operational activity of the investments. She is also responsible for the finances of OUem as an FCA regulated company.
Rachel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and is a graduate of the University of Oxford (Trinity College).

Sandra is founding Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the business. As Chief Investment Officer, Sandra has discretion for all investment decisions. As Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for implementing overall strategy of the business and ensuring the success of the company. Sandra also sits on the Board of OUem. Sandra is a fellow at Oriel College, Oxford, a Commissioner for the Royal Commission of the Exhibition 1851 and a member of the Investment Committee of the Nature Conservancy.
Prior to OUem, Sandra was at the Wellcome Trust from 1993-2007 in various roles including Head of Private Equity, Head of Alternative Assets and most recently as Co-Head of Portfolio Management, sitting on its investment committee from 1997-2007. She has previously served on the boards of TIFF Investment Management and RIT plc. She was also a member of the investment committee of The Wolfson Foundation and a Trustee of the Queen's Trust.
She has been recognised by several industry awards for her expertise in endowment investing, including a Private Equity Trailblazer award from Women in Private Equity, Power 100 CIO, Top 100 Most Influential Women in Finance, and 100 Women in Finance's European Industry Leadership Award.
As Operations Manager, Simon is responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to OUem's systems and processes, as well as the day-to-day oversight of Investment Operations.
Having previously worked in operations, trade surveillance, and prime brokerage client service for several investment banks including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, Simon joined OUem from BNP Paribas at the beginning of 2022.
Simon graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Economics and Business.
Thomas focuses on analysis of portfolio and risk management.
He joined OUem in 2023, having started his career in strategy consultancy.
Thomas holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford (St Hilda's College).
Tom is responsible for sourcing, diligence, and evaluation of investments across all asset classes.
He joined OUem in 2019, after graduating from the University of Oxford (Pembroke College), and is a CFA charterholder.
Vlad is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of OUem IT systems and hardware. He joined OUem in 2023, bringing over five years of IT support experience.

Will is responsible for the asset management of all property investments across commercial, residential and agricultural sectors. Will joined OUem in 2017, after spending three years at Patrizia as a business park director. He previously spent eight years at CBRE Global Investors. Will began his career in the military and spent five years as a British Army Officer.
Will has an MA from Cass Business School and is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde. He has been a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2005. Will is a Trustee of the Scout Association and Chairman of his local Scout Group. He has also served as a Primary School Governor in Wiltshire and as a volunteer crewman for the RNLI.
Will provides accounting and administrative support across investments and OUem. He joined OUem in 2022 further to graduating from the University of Reading (Henley Business School).
Wissal provides organisational and administrative support to the investment and corporate affairs teams.
Wissal joined OUem in January 2023 having previously worked for St John's College. She is a graduate of the University of Letters, Arts and Humanities of Manouba, where she gained a BA in English Language and Literature.
