Adrian Westmoreland

Job Titles:
  • External Operations Manager North
Prior to joining Clarity Occupational Health, Adrian managed several businesses and resided in Spain. In 2008, Adrian joined Clarity as an Occupational Health Technician. He gained invaluable experience out ‘in the field' before joining the team at head office. Adrian is now responsible for our team of Occupational Health Technicians and the management of our fleet of Medical Mobile Units and screening equipment. He provides day to day support and training courses for our technicians. When not at work, Adrian is a keen sportsman, involved in managing his local Rugby team. After 30 years of playing Rugby in England and abroad, Adrian has now retired from sport, encouraging his team from the side lines.

Allan Bowden

Job Titles:
  • External Operations Manager South
Prior to joining Clarity Occupational Health, Allan spent 23 years working in IT based in the UK and USA for a number of high profile Insurance and Banking companies. In 2011, Allan joined Clarity as an Occupational Health Technician, being promoted to Senior Occupational Health Technician in 2015 and most recently External Operations Manager - South. Allan now works closely with Adrian Westmoreland, primarily managing our team of Occupational Health Technicians in the South providing day to day support and training courses, but when needed covers the whole of the UK . When not at work, Allan is a keen motorbike rider, enjoys the gym and has recently taken up Clay shooting.

Andrew Cooke

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Operations Director
Andrew has Occupational Health experience in a wide range of commercial environments including Manufacturing, Food Processing, Logistics and Healthcare. Since joining Clarity, Andrew worked as a peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor before taking on the role of Clinical Director. He ensures that all Clarity practices are underpinned by the latest evidence, and industry best practice. Andrew is a firm believer in the benefits of occupational health, and regularly sees the positive impact Clarity services bring to individuals and organisations. Andrew is motivated to maintain Clarity's service as industry leading. Andrew has recently completed a master's degree in Occupational Health, from the University of Birmingham. Outside of work, Andrew lives in rural Herefordshire, with his wife and 4 children.

Andy Campbell - Managing Director

Andy founded Clarity Occupational Health in 2004, identifying an opportunity to deliver Occupational Health Services through a non-traditional route. Prior to developing Clarity, Andy worked principally in the hospitality and pharmacy sectors, before developing a range of services aimed at expanding drug and alcohol policy across the UK. Andy believes that occupational health should be viewed as requisite by employers and that it is the role of our industry to make a stronger case for the benefits of pro-active occupational health; he also believes that the industry has a responsibility to make occupational health accessible to all employers regardless of size, making this objective integral to the company mission. When not working, he is a passionate football fan and a very average Junior Football Coach.

Ashley Biggs

  • Occupational Health Nurse Manager
Ashley has been a part of Clarity for three and a half years and recently achieved a promotion to the role of Nurse Manager after serving as an Occupational Health Advisor. In this new position, Ashley is responsible for assisting the Occupational Health Advisors and conducting management referrals and needs assessments at customer sites. With nearly a decade of experience in the field of occupational health, Ashley also has previous specialization in mental health. Throughout their twenty-year career as a qualified nurse, Ashley has found great satisfaction in fostering positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. During leisure time, Ashley indulges in watching football, particularly supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers. He also have a keen interest in boxing and enjoys immersing himself in films. These hobbies provide a much-needed break from work and allow Ashley to relax and recharge. Overall, Ashley is dedicated to the role of Nurse Manager and takes pleasure in both their professional responsibilities and personal pursuits.

Bhavna Panchal-Taylor

Bhavna is an experienced professional with over 20 years' experience. Prior to joining Clarity Occupational Health, she worked within the Professional Services and Healthcare sectors. Bhavna joined Clarity in 2005 and has worked across all business functions, supporting the growth of the business. She has gained invaluable experience and insight into Occupational Health. As Marketing Manager, Bhavna is focussed on client engagement and communication. Bhavna loves a challenge, successfully completing the London Moonwalk and raising £1000 for breast cancer.

Chloé Davies

Job Titles:
  • Finance Manager
Chloé joined the Finance Team at Clarity Occupational Health in July 2015 after leaving College. She is currently working towards her Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification and Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) certificate. Chloé progressed to Finance Manager in 2017. Chloe enjoys socialising and travelling to new places. She hosted her first Macmillan coffee morning in October 2019 raising £230 towards a charity close to her heart.

Craig Smith

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager
Originally from Australia, Craig traded the warmth for Manchester's rain. After graduating Salford University, he has spent two decades in Finance and Recruitment. Craig's expertise in managing high-profile clients led him to join Clarity as an Account Manager in January 2024. Renowned for his ability to build and nurture relationships, Craig has quickly become a trusted business partner to many clients. His passion for fostering partnerships is evident in the strong bonds he's formed with both existing and new clients at Clarity. He believes in the importance of the customer journey and brings a lot of passion to the team. Outside of work, Craig is a big football fan. He enjoys travelling to watch his team play and watching his son play football around the country. He likes to end these trips with a visit to a nice country pub and loves a good city break!

David Mallett

Job Titles:
  • Medical Director
David is a highly qualified and experienced medical professional with a diverse background in occupational and environmental medicine (OEM). After completing his medical degree in 1991 and becoming a GP in 1997, he began exploring OEM in 2000 and eventually dedicated himself to the field in 2003. He obtained a master's degree in 2007 and became a consultant in 2008. In 2011 he gained a Diploma in Aviation Medicine., Throughout a career now spanning over two decades, David has worked in various sectors, including public service, light and heavy industry, transportation, and security. He has served in the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force and has worked in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand., For the past thirteen years, David has provided individual and corporate guidance on managing medical risks in operational military aviation. He has actively contributed to national organizations such as the National School of Occupational Health and the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, focusing on quality, standards, and educating future occupational health professionals. Outside of work, David enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife Juliet, engaging in activities such as cycling, skiing, sailing, and caring for their energetic vizsla hunting dog.

Hayden Anwar

Hayden works with new clients to connect them with our internal stakeholders, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible when onboarding. With a wide knowledge and understanding of clients needs across various sectors, Hayden has over 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and private healthcare industries. As well as Onboarding new clients, Hayden plays a key role in internal process improvement and driving projects throughout Clarity. In his spare time Hayden is a keen musician and loves football.

Ian Kelly - CHRO

Job Titles:
  • HR Director
Ian is an experienced HR professional with 27 years' HR experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining, he gave HR and IR advice to managers in a highly unionised environment. He also specialises in management and leadership training and development. He was appointed HR Director in May 2020, but has worked within Clarity Occupational Health since 2018, helping them with a variety of HR functions and delivering courses to their many customers and clients. In his current role, he is responsible for the HR strategy, ensuring that it is in line with the Company's business and strategic direction, providing leadership and direction on the people function for the entire Company.

Jo-Anne Davies - CFO

Jo-Anne joined Clarity Occupational Health in August 2008 and brings over 25 years of financial experience to the company and is ultimately responsible for the financial health of Clarity.

Julie Richardson

Job Titles:
  • Senior Quality Manager / DPO
Julie has worked for Clarity Occupational Health since 2009 when she joined as an Administrator. She is now responsible for managing the Clinical Support team, monitoring, and implementing policies and providing support to the clinical resource team.

Katie Stone

Katie has worked with Clarity Occupational Health for 5 years and has gained unparalleled experience within the Occupational Health industry. Working in a range of situations she has supported businesses to strive when it comes to their employee's wellbeing. No matter what industry you are in or questions you have, the team can always provide an efficient, cost effective answer to your needs. Katie loves to travel and explore new places. She has been lucky enough to travel the world, from Island hopping in South East Asia to camper-vanning in New Zealand.

Mike Atkinson - VP of Sales

Mike has worked in both the Occupational Health and Substance Misuse sectors for over 25 years. He is highly experienced in developing and implementing occupational health solutions for employers across the UK. Mike has worked within a range of sectors including construction, rail, logistics, food production, retail, manufacturing and many more. He believes that it is important to provide a flexible range of high quality, proactive and cost-effective strategies and has been instrumental in their development. Mike has combined the traditional values of excellent customer service with a modern and progressive approach to service delivery. Whilst not at work, Mike is kept busy with a young and active family. Also attempting to fend off his increasing years, Mike is a keen triathlete participating in the Ironman distance races.

Steve Dunne

  • Technical Operations Manager
Steve has worked for Clarity Occupational Health since 2004, in various roles, both clinical and operational. He started as an Occupational Health Technician, eventually moving into a more operational role and supporting the OHT team. Steve has been promoted to the position of Technical Operations Manager, focussing on the management and development of Clarity's Occupational Health database. Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing and watching sport, with football, golf and the gym being part of his normal activities.

Thomas Peers

Job Titles:

Following studying politics at University, and taking a keen interest in Healthcare Policy, Tom started at Clarity in September 2022 as Junior Account Manager. In this time, Tom has since developed his skills and portfolio, focusing on building strong client relations, with key accounts. Tom always strives to provide clients with as much support and advise as possible, when navigating their Occupational Health Program. In his spare time Tom enjoys running - specialising in 5k and 10k distances, socialising with friends, and of course, presenting the Clarity Occupational Health Five-a-side with distinction.
