Daniel Randall

Daniel has over 10 years of experience working in Financial Services. He is currently working towards his Diploma in Financial Planning and supports the advisers in piecing together advice reports. Daniel enjoys finding new places to explore with his young family and visiting his parents in Cornwall.

Jacqui Jermy

  • HR & Client Service Manager
Jacqui has over 18 years of experience working in Human Resources and Client Relationship Management. She provides administrative support, diary management, client review preparation and HR support. Jacqui loves attending dance classes and walking in the countryside with her dog Loki.

Julie Welch

Julie has over 20 years corporate experience working within sales and marketing, account management, and compliance. She provides administrative support, diary management and client review preparation. Julie loves exploring the footpaths of Sussex at the weekend with her dog Murray, reading a good book and playing soft ball cricket in a woman's local league.

Sam Jermy

Sam has worked in the financial sector for over 24 years, gaining a wealth of experience working within investment management, stockbroking and private equity companies. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and was awarded Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2018. Sam lives with his wife and two teenage sons in Brighton.

Steve Mackie

Steve co-founded the company in 2004 and is now Managing Director. He is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years experience advising private clients on all aspects of financial planning, investment strategy and tax planning.
