Alan Littlefield

Alan has had a career as a people developer for more than 20 years, including coaching since 2004. He began as a trainer in a fast-paced call centre environment, developing his own and others' customer service skills. Alan moved to a public sector organisation for 7 years as part of the HR function. Whilst there he programme managed leadership development initiatives for the top 40 leaders and the wider management population. Alan has since spent his career as a consultant partnering with many clients. He spent 5 years with a global HR solutions provider where he used behavioural profiling and feedback to develop clients. Alan joined Complete Coherence in 2012 where he has focused on building long-term client relationships and growing our team of practitioners. Alan's coaching and facilitation experience covers a broad range of industries including financial services, retail, FMCG, professional services, pharmaceuticals, transport, engineering and the public sector.

Alex Oliver

After graduating in languages, Alex started her career in national newspapers. Within two years, feeling the lure of wider horizons, she headed to INSEAD for her MBA, and from there built a career in marketing, strategy and innovation which took her round the world and across industries from consulting to media to banking. In a dramatic mid-career pivot, Alex left industry for the UK Government's Cabinet Office to lead a cross-government transformation programme, later joining a global consultancy to lead projects for government clients across Whitehall and beyond. Today she combines coaching and consulting to work with ambitious organisations and people who want to make a positive impact in the world. Trained in the behavioural sciences, neuroscience of change, and positive psychology alongside coaching, she brings all of this to her work in service of her clients. Bevan's lifelong passion for personal development germinated professionally when he designed and managed an integrative wellbeing platform for a large corporate finance client. A writer by trade, Bevan spent the next seven years running his own content creation agency with a personal focus on research and creative projects in executive development. When a major life event presented him with a powerful opportunity to ‘wake up', Bevan realised he could no longer ignore the call to serve the evolution of the people and systems around him. Since then, he has worked as coach and facilitator for corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and their teams. Bevan's coaching style is defined by sincerity, compassion and presence. Claire has worked in the UK and internationally as an executive coach, supervisor and development consultant. Prior to joining Complete, Claire led the coaching and leadership development agenda at Deloitte. Initiatives were focused around C-suite succession and transition, executive team development and development journeys for those leading leaders across the business. Committed to the coaching profession, Claire currently serves as a Governor Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also part of the supervision team for Henley Business Schools Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision.

Gestur Palmason
