Darinka's passion for recruitment runs in the family - her mother was a key figure in the industry! Following a very successful career working for several of the large recruitment players, Darinka followed in her mother's footsteps, kick-starting a career in the talent resourcing industry.
It wasn't long before the mother-daughter duo joined forces and began their own recruitment business in 1993. This proved to be an exciting and highly regarded partnership culminating in two branches providing a full recruitment service to an extensive client base.
Upon her mother's relocation to Spain, Darinka decided to continue with the business and relaunched under Aldena with the same staff, work ethic, traditional values and heritage.
