Julie is the principal director of Balancing Act (Cambridge) Limited.
Julie qualified as an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified book-keepers in 2005, scoring an impressive 97% in her final exams. Julie was trained in manual systems, giving her greater depth and experience compared to those who have just been trained on computer- based book-keeping.
Julie handles some of the more complex clients and has developed a number of bookkeeping processes that have been follow throughout the company and passed onto many clients.
Julie has two grown-up children, and in her spare time enjoys gardening and home crafts, as well as cooking & playing the piano.
Lydia qualified with the ICB in 2013 and is accredited MICB, also qualified Level 3 Diploma in Self-Assessment.
She has gained a vast array of experience and manages the bulk of the customer base. She supports all her clients with their bookkeeping needs, whether it is dealing with the day-to-day finances, providing monthly management accounts or specific niche requests.
Lydia has two young children. She enjoys gardening and spending time with family, often either on a football pitch or gymnastic club!
