Andrew started his career as a software developer, trainer and IT consultant serving leading organisations such as Ford Motor Company. In 1997 he joined Andersen and subsequently Deloitte, where he held a number of IT leadership roles including IT Director in both firms. During this time he led a number of major IT programmes, including supporting business acquisitions and the subsequent integration programmes, driving cost downwards whilst improving service levels and ensuring fit-for-purpose technology for the combined businesses. More recently Andrew has worked in a number of IT Director roles with ambitious growing SMEs. He started as Chief Technology Officer with Beck & Co in 2012.

Before setting up Beck and Co, Sarah had 17 years experience working for Procter and Gamble and then Pepsico in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles. Her broad commercial experience included senior roles heading up cross functional business units to deliver consumer and customer business objectives.
As a consultant Sarah has worked across a variety of sectors such as Travel, Food Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Banking, and Retail, helping business leaders solve business problems and plan effectively.
Sarah gets a kick from working collaboratively with clients to develop grounded solutions to complex problems. "Solutions that are generated by the people who have a vested interest in the outcome are more robust and live long after I have left".
