Debbie Williams supported her husband John when he decided to set up John Williams Heating Services Ltd almost 15 years ago.
Already a successful business woman, Debbie had run her own beauty salon from her home for several years but was happy to take on the administrative side of her husband's new enterprise.
Being experienced in business, she anticipated organic growth and felt she could offer her skills in customer service to support that growth. Excellent customer service was key to her beauty business and she felt this was key to the success of John Williams Heating Services.
She knew this was an area of weakness in the sector of heating and plumbing at the time. Her belief proved to be true. The work came in thick and fast and in just over a year, another engineer joined the family business.
