Jamie Stamp, Operations Manager, joined Employ in Feb' 2023 when the southern branch of Employ was opened. Jamie's main responsibility is the management of our driver workforce across the south; ensuring client fulfilment and driver satisfaction.
With over a decade of HGV driving behind him, and many years of management experience, Jamie is able to put his background knowledge to good use. Compliance Manager, Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge within the logistics sector. Kathryn worked for Employ recruitment from 2015 to 2018 as an apprentice, followed by compliance co-ordinator. Kathryn is responsible for managing our compliance processes licence checks, investigating incidents, driver infringements and audits.
Kathryn selected Accountability as her favourite value as compliance is such a prominent element of the business, providing assurance to both clients and drivers, "I focus on ensuring high standards of compliance are met internally and for our clients and drivers."
Operations Director, Leann has been with Employ recruitment since 2019 as Operations Director, she leads all departments to ensure clients' needs are met, her high performance is reflected in the increased NPS scores. In addition Leann leads specific campaign development to support our compliance and safety focus, which have earned industry recognition. Leann has quickly cultivated camaraderie amongst our driver network, through regular engagement, listening and responding to feedback.

Managing Director and Company founder, Sadie Weston, started Employ Recruitment in 2005, after as an employee, seeing first-hand the effects of a compliance breach. The incident shaped Sadie's ambition to start her own company that would put compliance as the foundation for business practise.
