Avdo was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina of Bosniak parents and as a result speaks Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
His family moved to Eastbourne area in 1994 and have remained since. Having attended university of Bedfordshire to complete a Business degree, the lure of Eastbourne made him return.
Avdo joined Advanta in 2008 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Certified accountant in 2014.
Avdo deals with small and medium sized business. Avdo's particular interest is in tax planning to save the client as much tax as possible. He also deals with international matters, covering UK individuals and businesses going abroad to foreign individuals and businesses coming to the UK.
Having been a keen sportsman all his life, Avdo has remained active by regularly attending the gym and playing tennis. He is also known to attempt to play football and golf.
Avdo has also completed the Beachy Head 10K run with the funds raised going to St Wilfrid's Hospice in Eastbourne.

Tim is a Chartered Certified Accountant and member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. He has been in professional practice since the 1980s.
Tim's experience enables him to give excellent tax planning advice to owner managed businesses and individuals to assist them in minimising both their corporate and personal tax liabilities.
Tim is also a Senior Statutory Auditor for Advanta. He acts for a varied portfolio of clients which include futures and options traders and brokers, investment managers, property developers and charities in London and the South East.
Outside of work, Tim plays football, tennis and judo.
Francesca was born, raised and educated in the Eastbourne area.
Francesca joined Advanta in 2006 and went on to achieve her AAT accreditation in 2008.
Francesca is a general practitioner and deals with a variety of small and medium sized businesses. In 2013 Francesca also became manager of the bookkeeping department along with her other duties. She is particularly interested in saving clients tax and VAT.
Outside of work Francesca enjoys keeping active. As well as bikejoring with her Siberian Husky at weekends, Francesca also enjoys running and completed her first half marathon in March 2016.

Michael was born, raised and educated in the Hailsham area. He has been in professional practice in the area since the 1970's and became a founding director of Advanta in 2005.
Michael's client base comprises individuals and businesses of all sizes. Having been brought up on a farm, he specialises in the agricultural / horticultural industry as well as building contracting businesses. He enjoys working with the businesses to help them meet their objectives and undertaking tax planning to ensure that their tax liabilities are minimised.
Michael enjoys most sports especially having participated in rugby, football and cricket. His two children have been brought up enjoying sports with Hannah playing cricket for Sussex and Adam playing rugby for Sussex.
Malcolm was born, raised and educated in the Bath area and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976.
He was a partner in a medium sized regional firm from 1984 to 2005. In 2005 he demerged the Eastbourne branch office to form Advanta.
Malcolm is a general practitioner, dealing in all aspects of accountancy. He has a particular interest in tax planning and specialises in international matters, covering UK individuals and businesses going abroad to foreign individuals and businesses coming to the UK. His client base is worldwide.
In his spare time, he is a keen mountain biker and gym enthusiast, and enjoys windsurfing, dinghy and catamaran sailing.

Richard was born in Eastbourne and returned back to the town after attending university in Norwich to complete a Business and Computing degree.
Richard joined the Eastbourne branch of a local regional firm in 2000 which went on to become Advanta. Richard qualified as a Chartered Certified accountant in 2003 and went on to help found Advanta in 2005.
Richard is a general practitioner and deals with a variety of established small and medium sized businesses and also has a particular interest in assisting business start-ups.
Richard has expertise in dealing with clients in the derivative industry and also offering tax planning opportunities.
Outside of work Richard enjoys travelling, keeping fit and golf.
