Aimee Richardson

Aimee joined Capcom in August 2020, as a Sales and Finance Administrator. Aimee has over 16 years' customer service experience within the banking and the travel and tourism industry. She also spent 7 years working in the cruise ship industry for Carnival UK, where she gained a wealth of knowledge in respect of the marine and shipping sectors. In her spare time Aimee loves nothing more than spending time with her daughter, long walks with her dog and training at the gym.

Chris Ryves

Job Titles:
  • Field Engineer
Chris joined Capcom in December 2000 under the Apprenticeship scheme studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering on day release. Chris excelled in his studies, successfully completed his apprenticeship, and joined the Capcom engineering team as Field Engineer. Since then, he has accumulated substantial practical experience of building and installing complex radio systems for UK and global, land and ship-based customers, frequently traveling overseas to provide support for Capcom's ship-based customers. Chris is a core member of Capcom's engineering team, his experience and expertise highly valued by Capcom's customer base.

Hayley Russell

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Hayley joined the Capcom team in December 2020, as the newest Business Development Manager. She brings a wealth of sales & marketing experience from various industries and most recently worked in the hospitality sector for Shorefield Holidays and Parkdean Resorts. She loves putting the customer at the heart and soul of everything she does. As well as helping new customers with telecommunications solutions, Hayley is working on building the Capcom profile.

Jordan Long

Jordan joined the Capcom Team in January 2023, as our Stores and Logistics Operator. Jordan has 2 years' experience working in Stores and Warehouses within the Kingfisher Group. Also has A-levels in computer programming and electronics. He has a good understanding of the Programming languages C#, C++, Java Script, and HTML. He is also keen to develop his electronics knowledge in the

Lawrence Deacon

Job Titles:
  • Service and Repair Technician
Lawrence joined the Capcom team in 2021 as a Service and Repair Technician. Having worked in two way radio and communications since 2014, he has been involved in technical support and pre-sales for a variety of products. Lawrence has experience in designing systems for interoperability between many different devices and guiding customers on products and how best to use them. At home Lawrence enjoys many interests such as 3D printing, riding his motorbike and spending time with his family.

Richard Cooper

Job Titles:
  • Senior Support Engineer
Richard joined Capcom in 2003 and now holds the role of Senior Support Engineer, leading the Company's engineering team. He is responsible for project managing and delivering customer systems and will oversea a project from the initial customer liaison stage through design, build and installation. He began his career in radio communications and marine electronics in 1983 as an engineer at R & J Marine Electronics, where he built invaluable experience delivering land based and shipboard radio communications systems. Richard became interested in radio at the young age of 9 and it's something that he has always been involved with and still has a very deep interest. He has held an amateur radio licence since his school days. Aside from radio, he is a keen amateur photographer and enjoys getting out and about whenever possible with his camera. Richard also took up running a few years ago as a means to try and keep fit and can usually be found at parkrun on a Saturday morning and has entered several races while trying to build up his medal collection!

Rob Clarke

Job Titles:
  • General Manager
Rob joined the Capcom team in 2020 as the General Manager. He brings a wealth of experience having previously served as a Client Services Director where he was responsible for overseeing sales, business development and marketing. He has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry working with Brentwood Communications as a business development specialist and is working through his executive leadership programme through the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In his spare time Rob loves nothing more than the big outdoors and can be seen sea kayaking, survival training and scaling some of the highest mountain peaks in the world.
