Dianah qualified as a solicitor in 1996 with a niche City firm. After 4 years specialising in insurance litigation, she moved into legal recruitment, joining another leading search consultancy in 1999 where she met Dominique.
She is a founding director of PengellyO'Neill and executes senior level assignments for UK and US firms and corporates.
In particular, she has focused on sought after specialist areas such as corporate finance, private equity, capital markets, banking, real estate, financial services, investment funds, employment, employee benefits, international arbitration, energy (oil and gas, renewables and electricity) and tax in both the domestic and international legal markets.
Dominique qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and specialised in international banking and ship finance at Watson Farley & Williams for over three years before moving into legal recruitment in 1992. She trained at Taylor Wessing.
She has been a partner and director at other leading legal recruitment agencies and search consultancies in the City. In February 2001, Dominique established PengellyO'Neill with Dianah O'Neill.
Dominique has gained extensive experience of legal recruitment in the last 20 years and has been responsible for the placement of senior lawyers in most practice areas. She has also been responsible for numerous mergers, both in the UK and overseas.
