Turton Building Control Ltd is a highly respected company, established in 2004, located centrally within the country, in Nottinghamshire... We have been assessed and approved by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to provide building control services for all projects (except Higher Risk Buildings which must be submitted directly to the BSR)... We carry out the services that local authorities have traditionally provided - checking of the plans for compliance with the building regulations, consultation with statutory bodies, site inspections of work under construction, issuing of final certificates, etc - but we operate independently and without boundary restrictions.
