Devon Blackwood

Job Titles:
  • CAD Designer
Devon's role is producing technical installation drawings for your Security Products to ensure that we are wholly aligned on the requirements. Devon will liaise with you through this process and work with you until you are happy to approve the drawings for manufacture.

Ian Kennedy

Ian has been with Parking Facilities for over 17 years and has worked on the entire range of products! Through his career with Parking Facilities, Ian has been involved in the design, development, production and installation of our products; which enables him to provide the highest levels of technical support. A key part of Ian's role is ensuring that the quality of the Parking Facilities products remains class leading.

Joe Fletcher

Job Titles:
  • Manager - ACCESS PRODUCTS
Joe joined the team in 2021 having previously worked in customer facing roles in both retail and hospitality. Joe originally joined us as Customer Service Supervisor and following our organisational restructure in September 2022, Joe now heads up the Access Division which includes Barriers, Poles and Spare Parts department.

Roy Roney

Roy is the go to person for all of your technical support enquiries. Roy remains abreast of industry and technology changes, which allows him to assist with troubleshooting and diagnosis and provide support to resolve your issues. If you need spare parts to resolve your in service technical issues, Roy will be able to advise you on available options and solutions.

Simon Turner

Simon has been with Parking Facilities since 2006 and knows our products inside out! Simon will guide you through all our available options and process any quotations and orders you place with us. Simon will be your primary interface within our Security Division and support with all Gates and Turnstile enquiries.

Sophie Coombes

Sophie joined Parking Facilities early in 2022 and with her high standards and attention to detail she is making a real difference supporting our customers and driving change internally. Sophie works directly for Joe and is a key part of our Access Division.

Sophie joined Parking Facilities in 2020 as Credit Controller. She has been instrumental in implementing and ensuring robust processes are followed in order to make the customer relationship smooth.
