Cristina joined AdviCorp in 1999. Passionate about information technology, she started as IT Manager. Since 2014 she is head of administration.
She was previously employed at Gruppo C Impresa di Costruzioni Spa. She attended Business Administration courses at the University of Rome. She is fluent in Italian and English and has a good knowledge of French.
Giacomo has recently graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome with a Master's in Economics and Finance. His studies focused on banking and financial intermediaries. His Master's thesis is in advanced corporate finance based on a three-month internship at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. Giacomo also received a BA in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Perugia. His study programme there has included an Erasmus semester abroad programme at the Hanzehogeschool University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands.
Gian Paolo has 40 years of experience in corporate finance, structured finance and credit. He built his career at major banks. Before joining AdviCorp, he held numerous executive roles at Unicredit, Unipol, BPER. In his last role he headed and reorganized a large banking network and managing goal-oriented teams.
He has an extensive network of contacts with entrepreneurs and financial institutions.
Giovanni has 35 years of experience in several companies like Exxon, Eridania, Giorgio Armani, Cremonini, Hera, Acea, d'Amico Shipping as CFO or CEO.
Harinder Sandhu, based in London, UK, is an investment manager with over three decades of expertise in capital raising and equity investments.
With a rich career spanning top-tier institutions Man Group, Société Générale, and UBS, Harinder (Hari) has orchestrated significant deals, leveraging his extensive network and strategic insights.
Specialising in global active equities and sustainable financing strategies, he excels in identifying lucrative opportunities and driving high-impact investments.
John Di Fazio, the minority shareholder reached out to us to seek help to better understand the situation and find a solution. We advised him to re-acquire a majority interest in the company from CMC. This would enable him to convince local financial institutions that CMC would not be able to withdraw capital from the Company while at the same time allow CMC to preserve the value of its remaining minority position. Following a complex negotiation with the two majority shareholders, CMC's advisers and the commissioners an agreement was reached and the Di Fazio family reacquired majority control.

Jonathan joined AdviCorp in 2011 as Managing Director.
He has nearly thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life science industries. He was previously on the boards of two quoted companies, Genosis plc, the fertility diagnostics company and previously was SVP and head of finance with Emergent BioSolutions Inc, the NYSE quoted vaccines development company in Washington DC.
His experience spans the executive control and management of both publicly quoted and private companies and he has been directly responsible for raising over £130 million for a number of biotechnology companies.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has two Masters Degrees (in Finance and Law) from the University of Lancaster, UK.
In 2022, Matteo joined Advicorp after having previously worked in boutique firms specializing in anti-money laundering activities, corporate restructuring, companies evaluation, tax consultancy, and strategic development of SMEs. Matteo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Luiss and a Masters in Finance and Corporate Strategy from John Cabot University.
Niccolò has always been at the forefront of financial innovation spending most of his professional career engineering complex structured products aimed at reducing risks within the institutional investors' asset portfolios.

Roberto brings invaluable senior industrial management and financial experience to AdviCorp.
Before joining in 2019 Roberto served for over 20 years as CEO, COO, and CFO of companies in civil engineering and food services.
Prior to that, he was an advisor and accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., covering all positions from junior assistant to senior manager.
He received a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum University, Bologna and a Master in Business Administration from Fondazione CUOA in Vicenza.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Qualified Professional Auditor registered with the Italian Association of Auditors.
He is fluent in Italian and English and has a working knowledge of French.
Silvio brings with him over fifteen years of valuable experience in the Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG), now known as Kroll Group, a leading international firm specialized in real estate consultancy. During his tenure, he excelled in business development activities, managing corporate clients and coordinating new offices opening in Eastern Europe.
Before joining REAG, Silvio held the Chief Executive Officer position of the Azienda Tabacchi Italiani S.p.A., where he played a pivotal role within the privatization process of the Italian Monopoly tobacco business, concluded in 2003. Prior to this, he held the esteemed Chief of Staff position of the Roman Agency for the 2000 Jubilee Organization, showcasing his professional and organizational skills.
Silvio also held senior management positions within the state-owned IRI Group, progressively honing his managerial leadership and organizational skills. His educational background includes a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Rome. Additionally, he is a distinguished chartered accountant and member of the Register Chartered Accountants.
