            Fred chairs CPT's Finance and Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. He is an executive director of specialist corporate advisory and investment firm Fawkner Capital, and is a non-executive director of Select Harvests Limited and XRF Scientific Limited. He is also a director of the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal.
 
Fred was a commercial lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, and later worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and Sydney. He also served as Company Secretary and General Manager of Shareholder Relations at Western Mining Corporation. In 1996, he joined Colonial Mutual as Group Company Secretary and General Manager for Legal Affairs and subsequently became Head of Private Capital for Colonial First State Investments, one of Australia's largest fund managers. He was Managing Director of the Colonial Agricultural Company from 1998 to 2006 and a non-executive director of AWB Limited from 2008 to 2010.

Gerry is the founder of and a major shareholder of CPT Global. He has more than 40 years' experience in IT consulting and is a hands-on technologist with a reputation for delivering practical solutions. Gerry is widely known as a technical specialist in performance tuning, capacity planning and testing in IBM mainframes, with additional expertise in expert systems, transaction processors, middleware and database management systems. Gerry was the lead developer of the Expetune and Expetest utilities, which automate a number of intricate tuning and testing activities.

Luke joined CPT in 2005, overseeing the company's Australian and US markets, before becoming Vice President in 2011. In 2016, Luke was named President of the Americas and Europe, where he played a critical role in helping the company generate record-breaking revenue and profit margins in FY2021.
 
For over 18 years, Luke has been helping Fortune 500 technology leaders drive performance and efficiency in their organisations. He has strategically and successfully grown and expanded CPT's services offerings and delivery across the globe to include Australia, Canada, Europe & the USA.
 
Luke is a competitive individual on and off the field. His drive, in conjunction with his spirit of creating a collaborative work culture is channelled and focused on consistently achieving CPT's goals and those of his customers, team and CPT partners. Shelley joined CPT in October 2017 and has over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry. Shelley has worked across multiple industries including Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, Education and Manufacturing.
 
Prior to joining CPT, Shelley has had a long and successful career at multinational companies including DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, EDS and SMS Management and Consulting. Shelley has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Business Operations, Strategy and Planning, Account Management, Project and Program Management, Commercials and Contracts Management as well as People leadership. Shelley has been involved in some very challenging delivery programs comprised of onshore and offshore teams, as well as a number of highly complex contract negotiations with clients.
 
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science Major) from Monash University, earned her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, as well as a member of the Australian HR Institute. Outside of work, Shelley is passionate about giving back to the community and is currently the Chair of a not-for-profit Board in a volunteer capacity.
