Ben Waterer

Ben has been working in Estate agency since 1994 and has had a highly successful career working for top independent estate agents in the local areas. Having seen a need for a high quality service, and real commitment within the sector, he and fellow director Paul Walker decided to open their own company to offer people looking to move just that. Out of work, Ben enjoys playing and watching football, fishing, reading, and has very keen interest in the latest technologies, especially the latest gadgets. He is married to his wife Katie, and has two children, Lucy and Ronnie. They have settled down in the village of Warsash.

Caroline Clifton

Job Titles:
  • Sales Negotiator
Caroline has a banking background of over 20 years and brings with her a vast knowledge of the local area. She helps keep our vendors up to date with viewings and sales chasing. In her spare time Caroline enjoys Pilates and modern jiving which she has been doing for 10 years, although is yet to show it off at the Christmas party.

Jenna Ford

  • Sales Progressor / Negotiator
Jenna joined the company in 2022 at our Park Gate branch as a sales negotiator/progressor. Jenna has returned into estate agency after taking a break to concentrate on raising her family. Jenna is a vital team member; she is always willing to help others without any questions asked. In her spare time Jenna loves to spend time with her husband, their two children and wonderful dog Bubba enjoying the local scenic area.

Kelly Price

Kelly has been with the company over six years now getting involved in all aspects of the business; sales, lettings & admin. Kelly has lived in Whiteley since she was born so truly knows the local area. She is a highly valued & accomplished part of the team in Whiteley. In her spare time Kelly loves to socialise, usually with a glass of prosecco or two! She is a keen music lover enjoying gigs & festivals but still likes her downtime spent with friends & family.

Oscar Bayley

Job Titles:
  • Trainee Sales Negotiator
Oscar has joined the company in 2022 on an apprenticeship as a trainee sales negotiator in our Whiteley office. He's learning the ropes on both the sales & lettings side of the business which makes him a great asset. In his spare time Oscar enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his friends/family & his beloved dog Barney.

Paul Walker

Paul brings with him vast business acumen; he has had a number of successful companies before , but now spends the majority of his time overseeing our busy Whiteley office. Paul definitely knows the moving process inside out, having personally bought and sold more than 15 properties over the years, and as far as we know holds the record, for moving his family 6 times in 3 years! He lives in Locks Heath with his family; he has two sons, Bradley and Kyle, his wife Nicky, and not forgetting his German Shepherd dog Hendrix.

Rebecca Sibley

Rebecca works every other weekend, in both our offices.

Sarah Jeffery

  • Lettings Manager
Sarah has worked within the estate agency business since 1993 and has enjoyed time working for both independent agents and corporate agents alike. Having started her career as a sales negotiator in the local area she now heads up our sucessful Lettings department in the popular Whiteley office where she enjoys the challenges and diversity that the role brings. A proud mum of two grown up daughters, in her spare time she likes to relax with her feet up watching a movie and sipping on a Gin and Tonic!

Stuart Gill

Stuart works every Saturday from either of our Branches.

Tom Clarkson - VP of Sales

Job Titles:
  • Sales Director
Tom joined the company at its inception and has been a crucial member of the team ever since. He knows the workings of the business inside out, just like he knows the local area. It made sense for Tom to become even more involved with the business, so in 2013 he invested in the company and is now a part owner, now having even more input into the company he helped shape. He has always had a very keen interest in the housing market, and after having worked in the industry since 1996, remains as enthusiastic now as the day he started. His real passion though is his beloved Tractor Boys, and Tom will follow Ipswich Town all over the country. Tom lives locally, in the village of Whiteley with wife Helen & son's Dexter and Bobby.
