Andy then joined BAM Nuttall Civils as a plant instructor, NVQ assessor on various types of construction plant. Andy remained loyal to BAM for almost 12 years.
Ainscough Training Services is the UK's largest independent provider of specialist training for the management & Supervision of Lifting Operations and it is a CPCS accredited test centre as well as a CSkills assessment centre.
Claire has worked for Ainscough Training Services (ATSL) since 2006 and in April 2018 Claire took on the role of Centre Manager.
Our all-encompassing service involves a detailed amount of communication and follow up. Claire leads & develops the team that strives to deliver a first class customer service that exceeds the industry standard.
Darrens career started in 2008 in the oil and gas industry as a Steel Erector, He worked in this industry for 15 years working all over the UK. Working on a range of lifting operations using mobile cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes and merlos.
Dave was as a crane operator during his forces career, operating mobile cranes up to 35 tonnes lifting capacity, as well as working as a Crane Supervisor. He also attained his assessor qualification during his personal Development. Following his military career, Dave commenced work with the UK's largest Crane Hire Company. Dave spent 12 years at Ainscough Crane Hire operator operating cranes up to 100t.
Helen has worked for Ainscough Training Services since 2011 and has over 24 years in Media Sales & Marketing.

In 1984 Tim commenced his working career in the Armed Forces and completed his service career as a SNCO in 2006. Tim served in many countries across the world including tours of Bosnia, Iraq, Cyprus, Germany, Hong Kong, Kosovo & Northern Ireland. During Tim's time in the forces he gained Instructor status and managed a team of 28 staff.
Tim then joined ATCO Structures as a Operations Manager in 2006. His responsibilities included preparation of Method statements, Risk assessments and lifting plans for the safe movement of containers. He also advised projects on Health & Safety issues including the impact on the environment and industry.
Tim gained valuable industry experience as a Slinger/Signaller, Crane Supervisor and Appointed Person during his time at ATCO ltd. He also advised company managers on HSAW regulations and the consequent impact on the business.
Tim joined Ainscough Training Services Ltd in August 2010 and has made significant progression through the ranks at Ainscough Training Services, displaying an incredible work ethic and loyalty to the company.
In May 2019 Tim was invited to join the board of directors for Ainscough Training Services Ltd.

Tyler joined Ainscough Training Services in September 2019. Prior to this Tyler's first job was as a purchase ledger clerk at Adare SEC Ltd. After 5 years Tyler moved to Assa Abloy Entrance Systems and successfully progressed through the company and was promoted to Credit Control.
Tyler has a wealth of experience in finance and marketing and utilises these skills for Ainscough Training Services as IT Support Administrator.
