Dan Nobbs

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
An experienced carpenter, Dan trained at P.F. Parsons Ltd before a period working independently. Returning as a Project Manager early in 2022, Dan is also studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Site Management.

Darren Scammell

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Darren was promoted to Project Manager in 2021, after 10 years working with us as a Groundworks specialist. Popular with clients and colleagues alike, he is currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Site Management.

Dave Davidge

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Dave is one of our longest serving members of staff. He started over 20 years ago when he left school as an apprentice carpenter and has progressed through the company to become a project manager playing a key role in some of our biggest projects.

Janey Abbott

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Janey is our Office Manager with a background in marketing and customer relations. She will probably be your first point of contact with us.

Lindsay Burton - Secretary

Job Titles:
  • Company Secretary
With a background in banking and finance, Lindsay has been with us since 2000. She holds the position of Company Secretary and manages our Accounts Department.

Phillip Parsons - Managing Director

Job Titles:
  • Managing Director
With a family background spanning generations in the local area, Phillip established P.F. Parsons Ltd in 1985. By 1990, he employed 5 members of staff and had taken premises in Berwick Courtyard, Berwick St Leonard. In 2000, having outgrown the premises, the company moved to the current larger offices in Hindon. He now employs 20 staff with a number of regular sub contractors to complete the team.

Tim Milburn - COO

Job Titles:
  • Operations Director
Tim has a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, and joined the company in 1995. He also has a diploma in Management. He plays a key role in the financial aspects of projects including preparing tenders and estimating for numerous sized projects, as well as managing the logistics of organising materials, labour and the programming of works.
