Joining ITI in 2022, Ben has worked in sales for over 25 years within process automation and system integration businesses focused on providing innovative automation and digital solutions to civil nuclear and defence clients. Ben is a nuclear professional focused on delivering growth for ITI Group across the entire nuclear sector.

Chris Stones

Job Titles:
  • Sales Director, Energy
Chris has over 20 years' experience in the UK oil, gas and power sectors. Having started his career in the marine industry as an electrical and electronic engineering apprentice, Chris quickly progressed into client-facing roles thanks to a natural ability to determine and develop the best solution to solve customers' needs. Chris joined ITI in 2011, and as Sales Director is now responsible for the growth of ITI Group in the Energy sector, ensuring our clients are fully informed and supported, by offering solutions that meet their needs and deliver meaningful ROI.

Colin Jones

Job Titles:
  • Major Projects Director
Colin began his career as a fire and gas safety engineer, progressing over the course of 30 years to large-scale project management, running £10m+ C&I projects within £100-200million construction projects for Costain before joining ITI as Project Director at the beginning of 2021. Colin uses his wealth of experience in project management and subcontractor coordination, as well as his invaluable insight into customer needs, to ensure the successful delivery of projects to ITI Group's power and infrastructure clients. He has a passion for mentoring younger engineers, passing on his knowledge and helping the team to progress. Colin has substantial experience in turnkey delivery including procurement, manufacture, installation & commission with full life-cycle experience and experience of being the primary point of contact with large, multi-national and national clients.

Darren Glover

Job Titles:
  • Operations Director - Safety and Control
Darren started his career with JCB as an Engineering Apprentice and over the subsequent 15 years worked his way up through the business, gaining hands-on experience of numerous functions, including design & development, sales, project management, manufacturing, and operations management; most recently leading a large team delivering special projects and continuous improvement. Darren is responsible for ITI Group's Safety and Control solutions' operational teams, ensuring the on-time delivery of projects and services. His effective leadership and development skills inspire his team, helping both the business and its people to grow.

Dave Kirby

Job Titles:
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement Director
Dave has over 25 years of experience in the delivery of major business change for utilities, power and nuclear customers through the delivery of complex IT and control and automation systems integration projects. Dave's skillset spans project management, operational IT and real-time monitoring solutions, project management, consultancy and change management. Following eight years of energy sector consultancy with Accenture and 11 years heading up delivery of services to Capula's power generation and water clients, Dave joined ITI as General Manager in 2015. Dave is now responsible for collaboration across the ITI Group, supporting the company's operations teams with a specific focus on integration, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of contract and service delivery on behalf of our clients.

James Sykes

After studying Electrical Engineering, James' career spans engineering, manufacturing automation, operational and change management. One of the founders of Cimlogic (now ITI Group), James moved into the role of Operations Director for ITI Group in 2023. James is responsible for ITI Group's Digital Solutions' operational teams, ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects and services and maximising client satisfaction.

Kelly Parkin

Job Titles:
  • Group People and Culture Director
Level 7 qualified, Kelly built her HR career within various manufacturing and engineering organisations where she led on prudent recruitment and talent development initiatives, with more recent focus on various change management projects. Kelly now heads up ITI's HR activity with the goal of delivering positive people management practices and HR Strategy, in order to build and empower a highly skilled and motivated workforce to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Marcus Royle - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
Marcus has over 14 years' experience as a financial director, and has held similar positions with other companies in the professional services, project management, and engineering sectors. He was also CFO at another UK System Integration company for six years before joining ITI Group. Marcus started his career as a chartered accountant in an accountancy firm, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Maths from the University of Liverpool. He is responsible for the financial management and control of the business, ensuring that all financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Marcus joined the ITI Group Board as CFO in 2023, with a focus on ensuring the future of the business in line with our growth expectations.

Mark Hardy - Chairman

Mark has significant commercial experience as an independent advisor to Private Equity Investors, Industrial Technology Companies and Start-up Businesses. He also has a wealth of industry knowledge gained through an extensive engineering career, culminating in executive leadership positions at other UK System Integration companies. Mark joined ITI Group in January 2021 as Chairman and since then, his market awareness, network connections and competitor insight have proven invaluable, helping to shape the Group and enable it to deliver on its ambitions whilst delivering exceptional value to customers.

Melanie Scott

Melanie has several years' experience in B2B sales and marketing, including 14 years with IBM's Commercial and Global Services. With a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, her skills include strategy creation and campaign planning and execution, both for the UK and overseas. Melanie joined Cimlogic, now part of ITI Group, in 2018. She is responsible for leading ITI Group's marketing strategy, development and implementation; establishing the ITI Group brand; and generating sales leads across key sectors in the UK, Europe and North America, enabling clients worldwide to benefit from our digital transformation and operational technology solutions.

Oliver Stone

Oliver's career spans over 10 years of Manufacturing and supply chain management experience in processes, and systems. His main area of expertise is within process excellence, with a strong grasp of Lean Six Sigma, and integrations of technology to tackle manufacturing challenges. Oliver has a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage, Life sciences and Logistics industries. Oliver leads the ITI Consulting team, engaging with clients worldwide, maximising the business value from digital transformation solutions.

Paul Bayliss - COO

Paul joined ITI in November 2021 as Chief Operating Officer in order to help the company to achieve its growth ambitions. A passionate and highly motivated Chartered Quantity Surveyor FRICS, Paul has extensive operational and commercial experience in systems integration and main automation contracting. Paul is a successful change leader with a track record of delivering results. He is responsible for all operations across ITI, delivering projects, driving strategic growth objectives, and ensuring operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Rob Brannan

Rob started his career as a SCADA engineer, before moving into sales. Since then, Rob has spent 21yrs working in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas where he has supported clients to maximise production capacity, improve quality and drive profit through innovative digital solutions and services. Rob joined ITI Group in 2023 and leads the Industrials sector sales team, offering market-leading solutions that focus on addressing business challenges and delivering meaningful ROI.
