We at T.I.Davies pride ourselves in the quality and finish of our award winning houses. Since 1962 we have build over 500 properties and have personally supervised each one. We aim to give a personal service to each of our customers as we handcraft their unique home... Our main development is in the West Wales town of Cardigan with a further development in the Carmarthenarea. Being locals we are anxious to maintain the unique character of the area. We have built up our own reputation by building home to a high standard of excellence we have won numerous awards. The Maes Y Dderwen development has been awarded NHBC's 'Pride in the Job' award every year from 2012 to 2016 as well as the 'Seal of Excellence' which is only awarded to 10 sites across Wales, and was selected to represented Wales in 2015 at the UK finals.
