Bryce has over 8 years of experience in the natural resources sector, focusing on oil sands extraction. He has worked in a variety of roles, including technical engineering, asset development and valuation, and commercial development advisory. Prior to joining HCF, Bryce worked at Suncor Energy in Calgary, Alberta
David has over 20 years of mining finance experience advising on and executing transactions globally. His breadth of experience across the financing spectrum covers private equity and ECM; trade, project & acquisition finance; and royalty & streaming agreements. David was formerly at Citibank in London as the senior advisor to its global commodities team, with a focus on mining project analysis and structuring. Before that, he was an executive director at Minexia Limited in London where he was responsible for originating and structuring ECM and project finance transactions. David also led the mining investments team at Quantum Global in Mauritius, focussing on private equity and mezzanine investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. This followed many years banking mining project and acquisition finance transactions for Nedbank, WestLB and Rothschild in both London and Australia.
Ian has over 20 years of corporate finance experience working across a number of different sectors. Over the last fifteen years, Ian has focused exclusively on the metals and mining sectors. Before joining HCF, Ian worked in an in-house M&A and strategy role with one of Australia's largest companies and, prior to that, in the M&A team of a large European investment bank in Australia.

Nimba Iron Ore Project, Guinea: financial adviser to High Power Exploration Inc in: (a) the acquisition of the Nimba Project from a consortium comprising BHP, Newmont Corp and Orano; (b) negotiating a revised mining convention agreement with the Government of Guinea; (c) sourcing and structuring political risk insurance from Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), a member of the World Bank Group; and (d) providing strategic advice on securing access to rail and port infrastructure to evacuate Nimba's iron ore production via Liberia

Sean has over 30 years of experience in the natural resources sector. Initially working as an Engineer leading design and construction of oil refineries and onshore gas plants around the world over a ten-year period. Sean then moved into banking, working in senior executive roles responsible for project finance, debt restructuring, business development and equity investment across sectors ranging from mining, oil & gas to power generation and renewable energy sectors.
