Andy is a highly experienced international consultant specialising in the development of high performance leadership. He is co-founder and director of the innovative Praxis Centre at Cranfield University School of Management and has a background in organisational psychology and psychotherapy.
Bryan provides professional advice and interventions for coaching, leadership, organisational design, change management and individual/team development. Previously an MD with experience within several industry sectors he has significant expertise in growing international companies and delivering high value sales, solutions and services around the world.

Kate is a skilled leadership trainer and coach and has worked with a wide range of international organisations. Her expertise includes key cultural interventions, the development of change capability and the assessment and development of potential. Kate also provides coaching, counselling and therapy and is a Visiting Fellow at The Praxis Centre at Cranfield University School of Management.
An ex-partner at PWC, consulting in Finance, IT, Risk Management and HR, Mike combines his broad business expertise with an extensive knowledge of developmental psychology relevant to leadership and behaviour change. Mike is accredited in the use of MBTI and the NEO personality indicator, he is also currently completing the Advanced Diploma at the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Pauline is a highly-experienced international HR consultant, having held senior and professional positions within FTSE 100/NASDAQ companies. Pauline's depth of business and HR knowledge enables her to deliver interventions that are customised and commercially realistic. In addition to her consulting work Pauline is also a Doctoral student with expertise in the HR aspects of 'networked organisations'.
Sally is an experienced consultant working with private and public sector managers and executives on their personal development through applications of psychology in the corporate world. An experienced business coach, mentor and group facilitator, she has worked internationally with clients from blue chip and developing companies across a range of sectors. Sally is a qualified psychotherapist and a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management.
