John joined MPE as Engineering Manager in 2022. A graduate from the University of Nottingham John studied Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management before specializing in Mechanical design at the beginning of his career. John has been working in engineering design for 17 years primarily in the Aerospace, Military and Marine sectors. For the past 10 years, John has been managing multidisciplinary design teams delivering successful projects from Aerial spray systems to military touch screen displays & now with MPE high performance EMP/EMI filter solutions.

John has conducted a variety of technical sales roles since 1992 and has sold EMC/RFI filter solutions to all markets and at all levels. John gained a wealth of sales & marketing experience, working with some of the UKs principle EMC companies and has been involved in many major projects. John joined MPE in 2005 as Sales Manager & has successfully conducted a number of pivotal sales roles culminating in his current strategic focus toward MPE's Distributor Accounts. Outside MPE, John is a keen follower and season ticket holder of Birmingham City FC.
John has worked within an engineering environment throughout his career. After attaining his engineering degree in electrical and electronic engineering (BEng) from Nottingham Trent University, John has fulfilled numerous roles within manufacturing environments. His experience is very much ‘hands on', having spent many years as an experienced calibration engineer working within the test and EMC sector, including time within UKAS ISO 17025 test laboratories. During John's spare time, he is a motoring enthusiast both on 2 and 4 wheels, and is a rally navigator at national level.

Marcus joined MPE as Manufacturing Manager in 2018. Since he gained his B.Eng. Honours Degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Salford University in 1994, Marcus has worked for a number of industry leading manufacturers in Manufacturing Engineering and Management roles which included implementing MRP systems and Lean Manufacturing practices. Prior to University, he completed a five-year apprenticeship as an Aeronautical Production Engineer at Airbus, Chester. Outside of MPE, Marcus can be found walking and cycling in the hills of North Wales.
Paul cut his teeth serving with HM Forces, including periods in Cyprus, Germany, Iraq and Northern Ireland. Since leaving the service, Paul has conducted various technical sales and sales management roles within market leading manufacturers, distributors and research & development organisations. Paul has been with MPE since 2011. He is a Chartered Director and is a fellow of both the institute of sales management (ISM) and the institute of directors (IoD), Outside of MPE, Paul is a Department for International Trade (DiT) Export Champion, a member of The Manufacturer Top 100 alumni, a Manchester United season ticket holder and an FA qualified football coach.
Initially starting her career within production roles, throughout the last 15 years, Paula has conducted a variety of customer-focused roles. These roles have spanned many industries, including digital photocopying, marine and business to business (b2b) telecommunications. Throughout this time, Paula has acquired a wealth of skills relating to invoicing, procurement, quote provision, sales order processing and customer support. Most recently, Paula worked with MPE's previous UK distributor SACA UK, where she developed her knowledge relating to MPE's filters. Paula then joined the MPE team in February 2023.

Starting out as technical support chemist, Yvonne's career has spanned a number of industries and roles. After attaining her Chemistry degree in Applied Chemistry from The University of Liverpool, Yvonne spent over 10 years within several high profile STEM companies. During this time, Yvonne became involved in the planning of events and marketing campaigns, leading to her retraining and pursuing a career in marketing and ecommerce. After fulfilling roles within market leading business-to-consumer (B2C) companies, Yvonne decided to return to her STEM roots, using her marketing experience and skills to lead MPE's marketing activities.
