Catherine joined IMH in 2011 originally focussing on developing the company's business development strategy. Now based in the US, Catherine has continued to serve as a non-executive director on the board and was appointed Chair in November 2019. Catherine is passionate about unlocking the full potential of the business and drives strategic focus throughout the organisation.

Ian has circa 20 years of technical engineering experience across a range of sectors including metals, construction, power generation and defence. As well as his understanding of specialist hydraulic engineering, Ian is also an experienced project engineer and manager. He joined IMH in September 2018 and is committed to providing clients with effective technical solutions.
Ian has more than 30 years' experience across a range of industries and sectors including power generation, subsea, oil and gas, construction and transport. He has a background in human resources and management consultancy and began working with IMH in 2013. Ian is heavily focussed on ensuring the business delivers against its promises and securing long-term opportunities that will drive business growth.

James joined the business as an apprentice back in 2002. Having worked his way through the company apprentice training programme and progressed through various technical levels within operations, he transitioned into a management role in 2015. James was appointed to Managing Director in July 2019 and is passionate about delivering consistent high quality and developing the business and its people for long-term sustainability.

Michael has over 30 years' experience providing qualified financial and executive accounting support to a range of organisations and businesses. He has been an advisor to several bodies and government departments and joined IMH as Finance Director in November 2018. Michael drives the message of controlled costs and accurate forecasting throughout the business.

Mike has around 20 years of industry experience and has developed a wealth of specialist hydraulic knowledge that he's able to draw upon to support our customers and prospects, across a breadth of industries. Mike has held a number of positions with IMH and in his current role is responsible for implementing efficient working practices.

Paul founded the business back in 1983, building it up to the respected specialist hydraulic company it is today. He stepped down as Managing Director in June 2019 but remains a key member of the board in a non-executive capacity, bringing more than 50 years' experience to the team. Paul is passionate about training and development and was awarded an MBE in 2019 for services to engineering skills and apprenticeships in Teesside.
