Brenda brings with her a wealth of industry experience and provides fantastic back up for Melissa. Her credits include Production Accountant on: - ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', ‘V for Vendetta', ‘The Borrowers' as well as a number of the Harry Potter films.
Kate has worked with Sara for over 25 years helping to build up the Agency. She represents clients in both film & TV drama and has built up a steady list of great people; representing a number of departments including; 1 st ADs, Editors, Costume Designers, Sound Mixers, Hair & Make-up Designers & Stunt Co-Ordinators.
Kelly started off as a runner, working on productions out of Pinewood, Shepperton, Leavesden & Ealing Studios. She widened her industry experience working for ARRI & Visual Impact before joining Sara Putt Associates as Sara's PA in 2017. She now runs SPA Crew, looking after a varied range of technicians who work across film & TV drama, as well as commercials. A key contact for those on our trainee scheme whilst also working with Nicola & the Sara Putt Foundation.
Kiera joined the Sara Putt team in 2022. She finished school gaining A levels in English, Law & Sociology before going on to work in customer services for a logistics company & then at a local solicitors firm. With a keen eye for detail - she overseas all client paperwork, working closely with accounts to ensure client accounts run smoothly.
Selected as part of the Screenskills 'Leaders of Tomorrow' program: productions can receive funding if willing to teach new skills that eventually will help with career progression.

Melissa joined Sara Putt Associates in 2019, first as an office assistant before transferring into client accounts. She is responsible for the smooth running of client payments and a central member of the team. In addition to her day job, Melissa ran production accounts on short film ‘To Have and To Hold' for Warner Media in 2022. She maintains excellent relationships with her peers, clients & Production Accountants.
Nia brings with her a wealth of knowledge, having previously worked representing freelance crew members as a London Production Division official at BECTU. With a background in fine arts, and a strong queer identity, Nia will focus on nurturing a diverse portfolio of clients as well as emerging grades within the industry.
Nicola provides career development workshops for our annual intake of 25 Trainees. She also runs our Foundation Scheme, which talent scouts people who are not eligible for our Trainee Scheme and who may be excluded from other industry schemes due to age, experience etc. Nicola currently has 100+ people working in all grades from entry to HoD, across HETV, film, unscripted and corporate projects.
Nikki's career in TV and film started on screen where she played the lead in Russel T Davies' hit show ‘Banana' which initially aired on E4 and was later picked up by Netflix. After taking a break from the creative industry in 2019 due to long going health battles, Nikki earned some life experiences under her belt by taking on the finance world where she worked as an analyst before deciding to return to the creative arts. Nikki wrote & starred in ‘Why Me?' for Unearthed Narratives, a five-part short film series produced by DBK Studios, in partnership with Sky. Nikki works with Sara Putt Associates alongside the Foundation Scheme in social media and as a Talent Promoter.
Olamide assists Nicola & curates a year-round schedule of socials and events (Q&As, screenings, theatre, scratch nights etc) to build and support network of creatives. She's previously created outreach events for Radio 1/1Xtra to encourage young people to pursue creative careers and currently works as a Director's Assistant in HETV/film and an Assistant Director in theatre whilst also working on her own creative projects.
