Anthony Douglas

Anthony is the Head of People & Culture at No Limits. He is responsible for ensuring No Limits is a great place to work where people feel valued. Anthony has a background in the local voluntary sector, supporting charities in developing their people and culture.

Bwalya Mulenga

Job Titles:

Bwalya joined No Limits as a Trustee in 2022. She strives for equity and social justice, and was a Youth Advocate on the Help Us Move On project. Bwalya was formerly a Community Involvement Officer for the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. Her work focused on appropriately engaging marginalised communities with health and wellbeing services, and encouraging their involvement in the development of these services. Currently Bwalya is studying MSc Medical Anthropology at the University of Oxford.

Carol Evans

Carol has been part of the Trustee Board since 2014. She has held senior HR board level positions for most of her career. More recently she has worked in the personal development space and brings her passion for developing people to No Limits. She chairs the internal People and Culture committee and spends much of her time helping the Senior Leadership Team with organisational change challenges both from a cultural and transactional perspective.

Chiara Wall

Chiara has a diverse background in various roles within the Education and Childrens Service sector. She has worked with Children and Young people in a capacity for over 15 years and has always held a steadfast passion for acting as advocate, to ensure that access to services that support individuals' success is easily attainable. Chiara has grown up in Southampton and currently teaches yoga in her spare time and has attainted certification to teach Yoga to children and young people with ADHD and ASD.

Dilip Chakrabarti

Dilip is currently employed as Programme Lead for the CAMHS Tier 4 Provider Collaboratives operating across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Kent who have responsibility for delivering the specialist children and young peoples in-patient mental health services. He has spent over 30 years working within the health care sector in England, both in the NHS and independent sectors. Outside work he is married with 2 grown children and enjoys participating in a wide range of sports, to various degrees of success!

Gavin Bergin

Gavin joined No Limits as a Trustee in 2019 and was elected Vice Chair in 2020. Gavin is a Chartered Governance Professional and Head of Secretariat at British Land a FTSE100 development and owner of real estate where is is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Governance. Prior to joining British Land, Gavin has held various senior Company Secretartial positions at Beazley plc, HSBC Holdings plc and intu Properties plc. Outside of work, Gavin is married with two young children and lives in Hampshire where he enjoys cycling and enjoying time with friends and family.

Jenny Boland

Jenny has been a trustee at No Limits since 2021. She is passionate about listening to young people and supporting them be heard. Jenny is an experienced fundraiser, currently working as Head of Development at the Geological Society. Her previous roles have included fundraising for Mayflower Theatre and the Sailors' Society. She is passionate about the charity sector and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising since 2008.

Mark Dichlian

I have worked half my career in Finance as an investment analyst in London and the other half as a Science teacher in secondary education. During that time, I have also worked in management and ran several of my own businesses. Since leaving teaching I have maintained my focus on young people and volunteer for both No Limits and Hampshire Innovations team. I am currently also a Governor of Priestlands School. I enjoy designing and building and am currently working on my second housebuild with my son. I am keen sailor and golfer.

Natalie Webb - CEO

Natalie is the Chief Executive Officer for No Limits. She has overall responsibility for management of the organisation, leadership, strategic partnerships and developing the service. Natalie has a local government and charity sector background and has a particular interest in working with services which help vulnerable people or people in crisis. Having started her career working with young offenders, Natalie is delighted to lead the No Limits team.

Nigel Dibben

Nigel has been a Trustee at No Limits since 2021 and has subsequently taken on the role as Treasurer. He is a qualified accountant and has spent the majority of his career at the University of Southampton. He has a passion for working with people and ensuring that the finance function helps inform better decision making, with clear and accurate information. He enjoys most sports, and helps to coach his son's football and cricket teams.

Stephen Taylor

Stephen has been a trustee at No Limits since 2013. He is a qualified accountant with a career in the public sector. He currently works freelance in the Channel Islands for the Government of the Island of Alderney, and as an external auditor with the Jersey Audit Office. Until 2012, he worked with the Audit Commission where he held various positions, including District Auditor for local authorities and NHS bodies in Hampshire.

Tammy King

Tammy is the Head of Finance and Resources for No Limits. She leads the financial management of the charity as well as having oversight of fundraising and business support. Tammy is a qualified Chartered Accountant who trained in practice and has over 20 years' experience of working in industry and the charity sector. Having spent the last few years in industry while studying to be a Licensed Lay Minister in the Church of England, Tammy is delighted to be back in the charity sector helping No Limits to su pport children and young people achieve their potential and understand their rights.
