We first worked with HR Initiatives a few years ago, when our small non-profit was new and we needed help to develop... the way we supported our employees through one:ones and annual reviews. HRi's training and documentation was brilliant and we have implemented a system that works really well for us as a result.We subscribed to HR Initiatives' service earlier this year too. Our team is growing along with the business, and we could see we needed more proactive support for the line managers in our team in looking after and getting the best out of our employees.
