Adam Broadway

Background Adam is an experienced housing and sustainability professional. He has worked in the affordable housing sector as a senior director for over 30 years. His primary focus has been delivering new affordable housing for various client groups across England. As the focus on sustainability issues grew, so did Adam's work on the issues. This led Adam to set up Instinctively Green in 2009 to provide strategic sustainability advice and support to businesses and on large scale developments. Adam is now a Senior Associate Consultant with Campbell Tickell. He is currently operating as a member of the CT teams working with London Councils on the Retrofit London Programme Implementation Plan, and working with Legal & General Affordable Homes.

Alistair Sharpe-Neal

Alistair is a Senior Consultant at Campbell TIckell. Alistair has been framing and delivering strategic change initiatives for CT clients over the last nine years, building on a strong track record developed over a career in the private sector. As UK Operations Director of a software vendor he helped clients deploy digital customer service models. He supported the launch of a mobile telecoms company, and as was one of the national design authorities responsible for the restructuring of the electricity supply industry.

Andrew Taylor

Background: Andrew has nearly 30 years' experience in housing, working with local authorities, housing associations and tenant led organisations. From 2008 to 2016 he was Chief Executive of Sutton Housing Partnership, where he oversaw the transformation in performance, increasing resident satisfaction from 68% to 90%. He also led the delivery of the Decent Homes Programme, investing over £150m in the housing stock. This included the refurbishment of the borough's largest tower block, demonstrating it is possible to increase thermal efficiency and enhance resident safety. Since 2016, Andrew has operated as a consultant and held a number of interim leadership roles. He is happy to work in challenging environments, bringing stakeholders and organisations together to achieve strategic goals. He currently oversees Kensington and Chelsea TMO's engagement with the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and police investigation. This followed a programme of engagement with local residents and the board to realign the governance following the hand back of housing services to the Council. He has a number of non-executive roles and has just joined Connexus Housing Group as Chair of Audit and Risk, where he will be supporting their improvement in governance and regulatory compliance.

Angelo Scannapieco

Angelo is a Recruitment Coordinator at Campbell Tickell. He joined in March 2022. He is responsible for supporting the processes relating to the Permanent and Non-Executive projects at the organisation. Prior to this, he worked in Japan for two and a half years in the private sector as an English teacher. Angelo has an MA in Contemporary History.

Annelie Sernevall

Background: Annelie has worked in the social housing sector for over ten years and is experienced in governance, change management, organisational development, strategy, housing management and asset management. She specialises in working with senior management teams and boards to ensure that performance is improved During her time as the Director of Millbank Estate she recovered the deficit position, improved performance and negotiated the allowance provided by Westminster Council, which resulted in a 20% increase to the organisation. At Kilburn Square Housing Co-op she worked with the board to rebuild the governance structure, provided interim management and improve rent collection. Annelie is currently working with a community group to set up a Tenant Management Organisation in Southwark. As the lead advisor she delivers the training needed for the newly formed board to be able to manage the business, this includes the governance structures, business planning and service delivery model. Annelie is Chair of Cowley RMO, a tenant management organisation that runs the 514- unit Cowley estate in Lambeth where she has been involved for over a decade. She is qualified in Housing Management Law and Prince II.

Ben Williams

Ben is Campbell Tickell's Bids and Tenders Coordinator. He leads on the organising and delivery of bids to formal tender opportunities across the business. His tasks involve: liaising with clients externally and members of the senior team internally; sourcing suitable public tender opportunities; assisting with bid writing; as wel as elements of project support. Ben has been with Campbell Tickell for 5 years, coming from a background in customer service, and has previously been part of CT's central services team, in a variety of roles.

Ben Wilson

Background: Ben has 40 years in social housing the majority of which has been at Director or Chief Executive level and a decade in consultancy. He also has non-executive experience in the housing and charitable sectors and considerable experience and understanding of corporate strategy, governance matters and regulatory compliance. A capable negotiator and public speaker, he also holds BSc (Social Sciences) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Carole Wiles

Background: Carole has worked in social housing for 30 years and has been a consultant for 10 years. Carole works across the housing, care and support sectors, as well as with sport and commercial organisations. Through her work as a Lead Regulator at the Housing Corporation, past Board member of Innisfree Housing Association where she was Chair of the Audit and Risk committee, and as a consultant, Carole has considerable experience in governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, strategic and operational planning, performance management, service improvement and review of housing association and charities' activities and the drafting of policy and procedural documents. At the Housing Corporation, Carole assessed compliance with the registration criteria for organisations seeking to become registered housing associations and assessed and advised a number of organisations who wished to enter into Group structures. As a result of this work, she has the skill and experience to advise organisations who are seeking registration with the Homes and Communities Agency or who are considering entering into a Group structure, joint working, group or partnership arrangement.

Cath Davies

Background: Cath Davies has worked in social housing for over 30 years. She specialises in rent income collection, welfare reform, tenancy management, performance management and business improvement. Now with bases in England and Dublin, Cath provides services to clients in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. During a 19-year career at Midland Heart (33,000-home social landlord in the West Midlands) Cath led and managed both generic housing teams and specialist income teams. She managed a large business transformation project to rationalise rent income processes and structures following a merger. She also project managed a mock-inspection and a Short Notice Inspection. A PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager, Cath is an astute critical friend: she adds value to projects by challenging accepted norms and supporting clients in finding efficient and effective ways of delivering core housing management services. Cath is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Catherine Nalule

Catherine is a Policy and Research Officer at Campbell Tickell. She has a range of research skills, both academic and professional which she uses to provide support across Campbell Tickell's areas of focus; housing policy, governance and the charity sector. Catherine has expertise in international development; population planning and projections, social and public policy research and designing, implementing and evaluating sexual and reproductive health programmes. With distinct interest in women and children's rights; she has previous experience of working alongside international charities to advocate and fundraise for women's healthcare in East Africa. Catherine completed an MSc in International Social and Public Policy at the London School of Economics in 2020, with a particular in interest in women's labour rights, having carried out research into modern day slavery concerning domestic workers from sub-Saharan Africa in Middle Eastern countries. She previously gained a first-class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Essex.

Ceri Victory-Rowe

Ceri specialises in governance and regulation and her work with Campbell Tickell spans the social housing, charity, public and private sectors. As well as providing extensive support and advice to individual organisations, Ceri carries out sector-wide assignments: for example, recently co-writing the NHF's Code of Governance 2020, and supporting Welsh Government to design new regulatory standards for the Welsh social housing sector. Clients tell Ceri they welcome the clear-sightedness and supportive challenge she brings to her work with them. Immediately prior to joining CT (initially as an associate consultant) she was a consultant with PwC, supporting clients with projects such as local government re-organisation, operating model transformation, contract management and process redesign. Before this Ceri held roles in housing associations, local authorities, the Housing Corporation, and a university. She has extensive experience as a non-executive director including having been previously Vice-Chair of a housing association, Chair of a small homelessness charity and a member of the Regulatory Board for Wales (which oversees the regulation of Welsh housing associations). She holds an MA(Oxon) in English Language and Literature and an MSc in Housing Practice (with distinction) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (FCIH). Ceri Victory-Rowe is a Senior Consultant in the governance team.

Chloe Wright

Chloe is a Recruitment Consultant in the Interim Team at Campbell Tickell, and has worked in the recruitment industry for 4 years. Chloe has previously worked within the civil service for a public health organisation in a recruitment and HR delivery role. She has experience in both interim and permanent recruitment focusing on office support roles across a range of sectors such as Education, Charities and Property. Chloe has also worked within the private sector focusing on construction projects within residential and commercial buildings across London.

Clem Farrar

Clem's role is to process ledger queries and invoices whilst also providing assistance to the senior finance officer on all finance related administration, including sales invoicing, maintaining of spreadsheets and credit control. Clem has a politics BSc from Bristol University and has worked in an MP's constituent office as well as a marketing firm prior to joining CT.

Colin Sheriff

Colin has over 25 years experience at executive level in housing associations. His acheivements include the setting up of a housing association, leading it through three major transformations. Following this he acted as an interim CEO in another start-up housing association and then successfully turned around two other housing associations which were facing regulatory sanctions. He lead the strategic review of Parkside Housing Group which resulted in the establishment of a new Group of RSLs and care businesses which are successful Housing Corporation development partners. Since then he has undertaken a number of interim Chief Executive roles and has been a non-executive Chair and Board member for a number of organisations in the housing, care and education sectors. He has developed innovative responses to meet the aspirations of communities to shape their own futures and to deliver radical improvements in service, particularly within social care. Colin is passionate about supporting people and businesses to achieve the best for themselves and has a business coaching certificate from the Academy of Chief Executives which works extensively with Small and Medium Enterprises.

Daisy Bulman

Daisy is a recruitment coordinator in the permeant recruitment team. As a recruitment coordinator Daisy is responsible for supporting the process of permanent and non-executive projects at Campbell Tickell. Daisy has also completed an undergraduate degree in sociology at the University of Leeds and graduated with a first-class degree.
