Abi Arthur

Job Titles:
  • Development Producer
Abi graduated from Loughborough University in 2011 with a degree in English Literature and Film. She then joined Company in 2012 as a receptionist before becoming a Script Editor in 2015. In this role, Abi has worked on productions such as The White Princess and Midsomer Murders, before becoming our Senior Script Editor in late 2017. She is currently working as the Script Editor on the 21st series of Midsomer Murders.

Ana Turé

Job Titles:
  • Script Editor
Ana first joined Company back in 2017 as an office runner and started as a Junior Script editor in October 2019.

Clare Nicholson

Job Titles:
  • Business Affairs Executive
Clare joined Company from All3Media in 2006 where she was also Business Affairs Executive. Clare previously worked in the legal team for Chrysalis TV Group and prior to that in the legal teams at the Millennium Dome and English Heritage.

Jack Harwood

Job Titles:
  • Office Runner
Jack graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in Liberal Arts degree in 2021. Since then, he has worked on a variety of shows and films in a range of different positions, before joining Company Pictures in March 2023.

Jade Gauci

Job Titles:
  • Accounts Administrator
Jade previously worked as an accounts assistant for an engineering company where she completed her Level 2 and Level 3 AAT and is now putting herself through Level 4

James Wooldridge

Job Titles:
  • Development Executive
James was an actor for over sixteen years, working all over the UK and Europe in theatre and TV. He went back to university to study a Masters degree in television scriptwriting and graduated with Distinction in 2018. Since then he has been writing, working with writers and providing script coverage for various production companies. He joined the development team at Company Pictures in February 2019.

Lucy Raffety

Job Titles:
  • Director of Development
Lucy has been Series Producer of BBC1's flagship medical drama Casualty for the past two years during which time the show has risen to new heights - receiving critical acclaim, a BAFTA, countless other award nominations, and extremely healthy viewing figures. Prior to that she has been a Producer, Story Producer and Script Editor on many dramas such as The Musketeers, Waterloo Road, The Bill and Bad Girls.

Michele Buck - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer
Michele Buck is the CEO of Company Pictures. Former joint Managing Director of Mammoth Screen, the independent production company. Mammoth in that time gained a reputation for producing quality award winning drama including Parade's End for BBC Two, Christopher and His Kind for BBC2, Endeavour for ITV1 and Agatha Raisin for SKY. Prior to Mammoth, Michele held the role of Controller of Drama, United Productions and ITV from 1998 to 2007 where she was responsible for BAFTA & Prix Italia winning Sex Traffic for Channel 4. Responsible for Emmy winner, twice Emmy nominated and four times BAFTA nominated Hornblower, Agatha Christie's Poirot and Agatha Christie's Marple (both Emmy nominated), the Peter Kosminsky film Innocents for Channel 4, three times BANFF winner, BAFTA winner and nominated Othello, Lewis for ITV1, BAFTA winner Housewife 49 and Alan Bleasdale's Oliver Twist.

Tom Kenelm

Job Titles:

Tom began his television career as a post-production runner in 2018, shortly after graduating from the University of Glasgow with a degree in English Literature and History. Joined Little Island Productions in 2019 as a production runner, before moving into a development role at the company the following year. He joined the development team at Company Pictures in July 2022.
