Automotive Trim Developments (ATD) is a UK-based group of companies focused on engineering and manufacturing complete interior trim and electro-mechanical assemblies primarily for the automotive industry but our product range extends to all transport sectors... Using a skilled workforce and the latest technology, we manufacture products ranging from luxury bespoke goods to volume production of interior trim and seating... Coventry-based Automotive Trim Developments Ltd (ATD) has grown from a small engineering consultancy offering specialist automotive seat development to a multi-site operation serving customers in varied markets including automotive, rail, defence and furniture. Whilst our primary specialism remains the design and manufacture of seats and interior trim, we also manufacture our own seats for the rail industry through our subsidiary, Quantum Seating www.quantumseating.com. Still headed up by original founder, Brett Townsend, here is how it all started.
