Colin is our longest serving assessor, having been with the company for over 15 years. He is a trusted member of the team who manages a close relationship between the internal and external team. Due to his extensive working career, Colin has an array of skills and knowledge which he is able to bring to any business table.
Experience with ISO Quality Services
Colin has been with ISO Quality Services since 2005 before becoming an official assessor for the business in 2006. Since being with us, Colin has gained experience by implementing and auditing the following ISO standards:
ISO 9001 Quality Management
ISO 14001 Environmental

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
ISO 22301 Business Continuity

Colin is our Head Senior Lead Assessor and has extensive experience working with an array of businesses in both his current and previous role, where he worked as a Business Banking Manager at Lloyds Bank for 10 years. He is therefore well accustom to providing support to businesses, ensuring their needs are met.
Employment History
Over his 40 years at Lloyds Bank, Colin's roles and responsibilities were wide and varied before spending his last 10 years working within the SME market as a Business Banking Manager. Colin's other responsibilities during his career included the coaching and mentoring of graduate entrants and management and delivery of the overall branch training needs in which he worked. In addition, Colin was also a panel speaker with the Banking Information Service, where he delivered talks to schools to enhance financial knowledge and awareness in pupils. The skills he gained from these varied roles have been invaluable during his time as ISO Quality Services.
During his extensive career, Colin gained a great deal of experience that he has been able to bring to the team today. As our most senior assessor, he delivers induction programmes to new assessors and is our Head Trainer, having devised most of our training material for our ISO training courses.
Throughout his career, Dan has held a variety of different positions, including senior positions within the Civil Defence and Private Security Sector.

Graeme is an experienced Health and Safety professional who holds a NEBOSH General Certificate as well as being a qualified Manual Handling Instructor. Graeme also has experience in maintaining compliance to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management standards. Along with extensive senior level managerial experience in a variety of different fields.
Employment History
Previously, Graeme has worked as an Operations Manager for an international storage and haulage distribution network and a Project Manager for a recycling Charity. He then moved into the waste industry where he implemented ISO standards.
In each role, Graeme has developed the ability to understand and apply Health & Safety Law and gained various qualifications in both health & safety and environmental waste legislation. Graeme also has a Technical Membership of the Institute of Safety & Health (IOSH),
During these roles, Graeme also developed the skill to implement effective safety, quality and environmental management systems for many different types of industries.

Justin joined ISO Quality Services Ltd in April 2009 as an Auditor and Lead Assessor. Since September 2009, Justin has been involved with the New Business Development side of the Company, and now solely concentrates on this area of the business.
Background
Justin joined ISO Quality Services Ltd from Real Time Logistics Solutions Ltd., where he worked for 16 years as Chief Technology Officer (Operations). In this role he helped provide software systems to large corporations in the print and packaging industries to monitor the quality and performance of their shop floor equipment. He was responsible for a wide variety of tasks as he worked his way up to CTO; including: software development, system deployment, training and product support.
Justin has previously dealt with employees ranging from machine operators to financial directors, and from this he has developed excellent communication skills across all levels.
Justin can offer prospective clients hands on information regarding implementation and on-going support of the standards they are interested in from first-hand experience as an auditor.
Personal
Justin enjoys watching Rugby and supports his local team Worcester Warriors, he is also a keen Skier and Snowboarder, although he hasn't been for a number of years due to the arrival of his two daughters in 2012 and 2015 as they take up a lot of his spare time and money…
I am married to Justin Farr, who is one of our Business Development Managers (and no we did not meet at work!) and mum to two very active little girls, who keep me pretty occupied when I am not at work. I am a keen horse rider, love cooking, baking and travelling when funds and time allow!
