Bhupinder brings over 25 years' experience in the IT outsourcing and managed services' industry, gaining his expertise in ITSM and SIAM operating models at SHL, JP Morgan, the Pinnacle Alliance, Computer Sciences Corp, BMC and Nexthink. He is an MSP Practitioner and has led IT Transformation engagements for some of the largest global organizations. His current focus is on employee experience management and supporting the move to digital workplaces.
With more than two decades experience in technical systems integration, Jakub has a wealth of knowledge in the delivery high budget audio visual installations. Jakub is a dedicated professional with skills in Crestron and QSC programming, working across the globe on projects in the Education, Theatres , Retail, and Corporate sectors.
