Adaptacar is based in North Devon and has been manufacturing and installing a wide range of vehicle adaptations for over 50 years, allowing people to maintain their independence by keeping them safely on the road... Adaptacar was established on the basis of strong family values and placing the customer at the heart of what we do, and still remains very much our focus today. We provide a personal service and invest in frequent training to ensure that our engineers can provide the highest quality of installation to keep you safely on the road and independently mobile... Adaptacar was founded in 1972 by Peter & Cynthia Fairall in South Molton North Devon, where the business still remains today - albeit now in much larger terms! Peter Fairall had a passion for cars, and a strong desire to help keep those with disabilities on the road. As part of this he designed the first Adaptacar push pull, which still forms the basis of our Adaptacar Push Pull today.
