David Murray - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer
Prior to forming Kirona, David spent 15 years in Oracle Development and Architecture, including consultancy roles with Cap Gemini, Oracle New Zealand and First Software/Sx3. As a founding director of Kirona, David has steered the company through a period of rapid growth. In addition to providing support to the operational management team, David now focuses on the commercial and strategic growth of the company across its multiple operating divisions.

Gael Sainson

Job Titles:
  • DRS Product Director
Gael joined Delia Systems (later OPTI-TIME SA) in 1997 as an engineer to work on the Scheduling Engine. He took on the management of the Scheduling Engine team in 2000 and became company CTO in 2005, with responsibility for building a new SAAS product known as OPTI-TIME RMS or OnDemand. He was in charge of two R&D centres, the QA department, support and IT. After a period as CTO of the Korian Group, Gael joined Xmbrace in 2010. Following the acquisition by Kirona Group of rights to the scheduling product, Gael's role is to lead its technical development and provide expertise in hardware architecture for large customers.

Laraine Geddes - CMO

With over 19 years' marketing experience, Laraine started her career with Shop Direct as a marketing coordinator, progressing to their e-commerce team soon after. After working for Bank of America managing their marketing email campaigns for their portfolio of financial services brands, Laraine joined Designate advertising agency as a senior account manager. At Kirona Laraine is responsible for the marketing strategy, implementing campaigns with new customers, as well as developing the existing customer base.

Mike Marrison - CFO

Mike qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young in 1987. He has held several senior finance roles in the IT sector including Finance Director of Midland HR and, from 2002, Finance Director for Northgate Public Services Division (formerly Sx3). While at Northgate, Mike led the integration of several acquisitions and worked with Private Equity investors to grow the business. Mike joined Kirona in 2012 as Mergers & Acquisitions Director before being appointed to the CFO role in July 2012.

Nathan Ollier - COO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer
With 19 years of experience in a range of management roles in the IT industry, Nathan has overall responsibility for Kirona's Customer and Business Operations. Having worked at Kirona for 4 years, Nathan applies his knowledge of our customers and their needs with his experience in Operational and Delivery Management to ensure Kirona provide the best possible Customer Service experience. Overseeing Kirona's Customer, Technical Services and Quality teams, Nathan's role is key to driving process change and compliance in line with the needs of our business and our customers.

Neil Harvey - CTO, Founder

Neil is a founding director of Kirona and started his career in software development way back in 1990. Since then he's designed and developed systems across a wide array of markets including telecoms, utilities, banking, retail and the public sector. Neil is responsible for Kirona's field service management product strategy, design and architecture, along with support and technical services.

Nick Helmsley

Job Titles:
  • Group Support and Development Manager
Nick has been working with Kirona as development manager and housing consultant for 11 years expanding the tools and processes required to manage the team as the company grew. Prior to joining Kirona in 2006 Nick worked for 10 years at First Software, SX3 and Northgate as Development Team Leader (Housing) and Manager picking up a wealth of experience in social housing including Estate Management, Repairs, Planned Maintenance and Allocations.

Nick Shipton - VP of Sales

Job Titles:

Nick has been with the Kirona Group for over 12 years, initially involved as a Project Manager implementing the DRS dynamic resource scheduling solution before becoming responsible for New Business Development and moving into the Sales Director Role in 2017. Prior to joining Kirona, Nick had worked for 10 years implementing ERP Solutions in the Aerospace sector at BE Aerospace and the Smiths Group across North America, Europe and Asia.

Peter Mountford

Job Titles:
  • Director of Delivery
With 20 years' experience in Management, Learning Development and Business Analysis, Peter brings a wealth of cross-industry experience to his role at Kirona. Responsible for the Implementation Team and all aspects of the implementation cycle including project management, solutions design, technical implementation, application set up and configuration and Training. Peter ensures Kirona's reputation for excellent customer service is maintained and enhanced.

Phil Crewe

Job Titles:
  • Compliance Manager
Prior to joining Kirona in 2015, Philip spent 23 years with Hewlett Packard which involved many roles starting as a software developer and eventually he developed a specialism in project governance and ISO compliance. Philip was asked to oversee Kirona's certification to the ISO Quality, Service Management and Information Security standards. Having achieved these certifications Philip's focus is now to make sure these standards are maintained and also to make sure that Kirona can embrace any new regulatory challenges such as GDPR.
