Gary has spent over 30 years working in the building trade, over 20 of which have been spent with SW Bruce in operational and managerial roles. For the past nine years, Gary has been managing our Public Sector division. Repairs & Maintenance contracts under his control include the London Borough of Enfield and Herts County Council. In addition to these framework contracts, Gary also oversees a wide variety of local school and DDA projects. His assiduous attention to detail and strong personal communication skills have resulted in an ongoing customer satisfaction rating from the London Borough of Enfield in excess of 90% for the duration of the contract. Gary is a fully qualified Carpenter, holding City & Guilds qualifications, and is a member of the Institute of Carpenters. He also holds a Construction Site Manager's Safety Certificate, and is fully trained in CAD.

Glen joined SW Bruce in 2014, rapidly establishing himself as a key member of our Construction Division. He has delivered some of our most challenging projects, including major fast track hospital and office refurbishments. Building on the success of these projects, Glen has recently taken the fabric lead on our work across; our Bouygues Healthcare programme, a McMullens' new pub and restaurant build, and the rebuilding of a Grade II listed farmhouse. Glen learnt his trade as a carpenter working in his family business. He went on to progress to site and project management with one of our reputable competitors, managing projects for a variety of high street names such as Travis Perkins, Costa Coffee and Safe Store, before we were able to secure his talents to work within our expanding Construction Division. Glen has a hands-on approach to Project Management, along with the ability to interpret and interrogate programmes, specifications and drawings, translating this information to site and client staff with ease.
