Christian Batchelor has an MDes(RCA) in Computer Related Design (Human Computer Interaction) from Royal College of Art. As an undergraduate he studied technical subjects like maths and computing and also graphic design and illustration. Christian Batchelor has developed FileMaker databases since 1992, at first to handle text and picture content for Multimedia CD-ROMs for clients like Dorling Kindersley Multimedia. The largest of these projects was the FileMaker database to handle editorial work for the DK Children's Encyclopedia CD-ROM.
