Prior to working for CN4C I have worked in Adult Social Care for 15 years, I have a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Autism and Related Conditions, I love working directly with people and supporting them to make a difference to their lives. In my spare time I can generally be found outside with friends and family. I love to be creative, going on walks and swimming in the sea!

Academically, I was a late achiever but gained a Community, Management and Social Enterprise degree and a higher education teaching qualification. Lisa Ball

I am a qualified children and young people's mental health practitioner. My previous job was in education supporting young people with their social, emotional and mental health, until recently joining CN4C. I have a passion for helping people to reach their full potential and I am excited to be part of the CN4C team. Outside of work I spend most of my time in the sea, exploring hidden coves and secret rock pools. I also love dancing, reading, and playing my saxophone.

Lowena Mudge

I have a passion for promoting inclusion, fighting stigmas, and ensuring that individuals are supported to achieve their goals. I am a young person's mental health Champion and Dyslexia Advocate. I have a background in secondary education and SEN, and I am due to start my teacher training in September. Alongside the TOAST project I work for COMPASS- helping young people to find direction in their lives with social, education and employment opportunities. Outside of CN4C you will find me exploring the coast paths or wild swimming in crazily cold waters! Contact me

In my role, I work closely with people to help them get past the barriers that mental ill health cause, I also run activities and workshops to promote positive change, helping people get to where they want to be. I am a Coaching Psychologist and am passionate about helping the community. I am also a Firefighter for Cornwall Fire and Rescue, and I am a passionate surfer and ultra-marathon runner.
