Phil has more than 35 years' experience in orthopaedics, having held a number of senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Orthopaedics and Plus Orthopedics; undertaking National, European and International responsibilities. Phil was central to the creation of Plus Orthopedics UK in 2000, later acquired by Smith and Nephew in 2007. In 2008, Phil set-up Hospital Innovations to fulfil the growing demand for human tissue in the UK.

During his career at Zimmer Biomet, Richard excelled as a Sales Executive before being promoted to a Regional Sales Manager for the North East of England. Since 2018, Richard held the senior position of UK Sales Director.

In 2020, Sarah was promoted to the position of Managing Director and is now responsible for the overall operational and strategic direction of the company.
