Nick joined Hospital Innovations following a 16 year career as a professional rugby player, representing Wales, Barbarians and Sale Sharks in over 150 appearances, then running his own business in South Wales, creating a B2B network and delivering client facing courses to over 3000 people. For Hospital Innovations, Nick's mechanical engineering degree allows him to specialise in finding the best solutions for our customers, through our instrumentation and sports medicine portfolio.

Phil has more than 35 years' experience in orthopaedics, having held a number of senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Orthopaedics and Plus Orthopedics; undertaking National, European and International responsibilities. Phil was central to the creation of Plus Orthopedics UK in 2000, later acquired by Smith and Nephew in 2007. In 2008, Phil set-up Hospital Innovations to fulfil the growing demand for human tissue in the UK.

Richard has joined Hospital Innovations as Commercial Director, bringing a wealth of orthopaedic sales and marketing experience to the company following a 12 year sales career with Zimmer Biomet. During his career at Zimmer Biomet, Richard excelled as a Sales Executive before being promoted to a Regional Sales Manager for the North East of England. Since 2018, Richard held the senior position of UK Sales Director.

Russell brings a wealth of experience having been in the medical industry for more than 25 years. During this time, Russell has held positions at Stryker; where he was the highest achieving sales person for seven consecutive years and as Sales Director at Smith and Nephew. More recently, Russell works as a highly successful sales consultant representing Stryker and Hospital Innovations.

Sarah Lister-Sims joined Hospital Innovations in 2009 as the company's Compliance Manager. In 2020, Sarah was promoted to the position of Managing Director and is now responsible for the overall operational and strategic direction of the company.
