GRALINE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED - Key Persons
Connor joined Graline Construction after completing his Electrical Installations Buildings and Structures Level 3 Diploma CG 2365. He has shown his commitment and enthusiasm to the electrical profession and is now completing his NVQ Level 3 Qualification for Electrical Installations.
Ian Smart joined in 2008, bringing electrical expertise, followed by Tom Poppitt in 2013, serving as the resident Level 3 Plumbing Engineer. Finally, Kathryn Poppitt completed the family team in 2015, taking over from her father as the primary operations director following his retirement.
Ian is a Director of Graline Construction and our Level 3 electrical engineer. He has been in the company since 2008 and has worked hard to become trained in many different skills, but finding a real passion for both carpentry and electrics.
He has gained a 2391 City & Guilds Inspection Testing qualification, which is highly respected within the electrical industry, as well as a Level 2 Diploma in site carpentry.
His biggest achievement was winning the 2012 Federation of Master Builders - Regional Apprentice of the Year Award, for his outstanding work on our Ullenhall project.
Kathryn is based at Graline Construction head office and is the first point of contact for all enquires. She has real passion for business and the construction industry.
She has previously gained invaluable experience in the property sector and enjoys the challenges that it can bring. Kathryn is now the Vice President of the Federation of Master Builders regional board where she is able to give back to the industry and keep up to date with all its developments and opportunities.
Tom is a Director of Graline Construction and our Level 3 advanced plumbing engineer. He joined the company in 2013 and showed a real passion for construction project management and plumbing.
Tom joined the company having already achieved his Level 2 qualification in wall and floor tiling and specialised in complete bathroom refits, many of which can be found in our case studies.
Project managing is an integral part of Tom's role within the company and he will work alongside you during your project.
