Alberto is Head of Risk and Analytics at Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since January 2017. He is responsible for enabling the efficient and effective governance of significant risks, for coordinating the Risk Management Framework and the Business Risk Committee. Prior to joining Colchester Alberto was Global Head of Investment Risk at Santander Asset Management. Prior to Santander he worked as IT Manager in Philip Morris International and was member of the Marie Curie program in the Institute for Transuranium Elements for the EURATOM program. Alberto holds a degree in Physics from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, MSci in Science from King's College London and PhD in Physics from University College London. He also holds a degree on MSci in Quantitative Finance from Escuela Finanzas Aplicadas Grupo Analistas Madrid and has several scientific publications in specialised magazines.
Alex is an Investment Officer at Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since 2007. Alex joined the firm upon completing an internship after graduating from the University of Nottingham Trent. He graduated with a degree in Humanities which is where he first started developing his critical and analytical skills. Alex assists in the construction of portfolios, the monitoring of risk on a daily basis, fundamental economic research and the production of client reporting.

Carl is an Investment Officer at Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since July 2017. Carl manages portfolios, monitors risk on a daily basis and conducts fundamental economic research. Prior to joining Colchester, he was an Investment Manager at Pictet Asset Management in the Emerging Market Debt team managing both Hard and Local currency debt products. He joined Pictet in 2007, initially as an RFP writer, before joining the Emerging Market Debt team as an analyst in 2010. He started his career in 2005 for a private wealth management firm providing fund research to a team of financial advisors. Carl graduated with a BA in Music and French from the University of Queensland, Australia and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Cian is a Senior Investment Officer at Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since 2013. Cian manages both developed and emerging market bond portfolios and conducts sovereign balance sheet research at the firm. He began his career in 2002 with the Central Bank of Ireland before moving into asset management with Bank of Ireland Asset Management. In 2011 he joined State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) in London where he was a senior portfolio manager on the active global fixed income team. Claudia Gollmeier, Colchester Senior Investment Officer and as Chair of the PRI Sovereign Debt Working Group, has contributed to further work in this important field.
Claudia is Managing Director of Colchester's Singapore office and a Senior Investment Officer. Claudia has been with the firm since 2009. She manages global and emerging bond portfolios and conducts ongoing fundamental economic and ESG research. Claudia started her career in 1999, as an analyst at UBS Realty Investors followed by Western Asset Management as a portfolio manager and has extensive experience in portfolio management and risk analysis. Claudia holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Fachhochschule Regensburg, Germany and an MA in Economics from the University of Connecticut. She is a CFA charterholder, a member of the PRI Fixed Income Advisory Committee and chairs the PRI Sovereign Working Group.

Emma is Global Head of Finance of Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since October 2014. Emma is responsible for all financial, accounting and tax matters relating to Colchester's global activities. Prior to joining Colchester, Emma was the Finance Director for Principal Global Investors (Europe) Limited in its London office, with global assets of USD600bn. Emma also worked at Euroclear, where she held positions as Finance and Tax Manager and Inter-Entity Manager. Emma is a Fellow of the ACCA, a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment and holds a B.A (Hons) in Business Studies from Middlesex University.

Ian has enjoyed a highly successful career, beginning in 1980, in the field of global fixed income and currency investment management. His work experience includes fixed income portfolio management at the Royal Bank of Canada and Hill Samuel Investment Advisors. He became a founder and director of Delaware International Advisers, Ltd., where he worked for nearly 10 years. At the time of his departure he was Chief Investment Officer-Global Fixed Income. Ian has a strong academic background with graduate and post-graduate degrees in mathematics, economics and statistics, and has authored a widely read publication on the use of real yields in global bond management.

Jean Lee, Investment Officer presents Colchester's thoughts on the importance of ESG issues with sovereigns, climate risk and how engagement opportunities assist to evaluate ESG and other risks which in turn allows for a better assessment of sovereign valuations.
Jean is an Investment Officer with Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since July 2019. Jean manages portfolios, monitors risk on a daily basis and conducts fundamental economic research. Prior to joining Colchester, she was a Portfolio Analyst at Western Asset Management in the investment grade credit team with a focus on portfolio analysis, implementation and trade execution. She began her career in 2005 in risk management at UBS Investment Bank. In 2008, she joined Legal & General Investment Management as a member of the active fixed income team. Jean graduated from University of New South Wales with combined degrees in Commerce and Science. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of the UK.

Joanna is an Investment Officer with Colchester Global Investors and joined the firm in March 2020. Joanna manages portfolios, monitors risk on a daily basis, and conducts fundamental economic research. Joanna started her career at Barclays Capital in 2006 in Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales covering rates, credit and FX products to institutional clients. She moved to BNP Paribas in 2012 within EM Sales and was tasked with developing BNP'S Emerging Markets franchise in London. Most recently Joanna worked at Redington as a member of the Manager Research team. Joanna graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics and in 2015 completed a Master's degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies gaining an MSc in Middle East Politics. She is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of the UK and recently earned the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Kathryn has many years' investment experience in fixed-income portfolio management and research. A graduate in mathematics, Kathryn began her investment career in 1983 at Manufacturer's Life. From 1983 to 1999 Kathryn was employed in a number of portfolio management and research capacities at Hill Samuel (latterly within its subsidiary IAI Inter- national). Kathryn has had extensive experience in global bond management since the early days of the market's modern development.

Keith began his career in 1983 as an international macro-monetary economist and investment manager. His work experience includes seven years with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand as an economist where he served on its policy-making committee, followed by eight years at the World Bank. Keith spent a number of successful years in the World Bank's Investment Department managing global real and leveraged money as a lead fixed income portfolio manager, senior investment strategist and proprietary trader. Keith has authored several exchange and interest rate papers.
Mark is an Investment Officer at Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since June 2016. Mark started his career in 1998 and has managed bonds and currencies since 2000. Prior to joining Colchester, Mark was an Emerging Market Bond and Currency Investment Manager at Fischer, Francis, Trees & Watts (FFTW), starting in 2012. Before FFTW, Mark was a Fund Manager at Rexiter Capital Management, a subsidiary of State Street Global Advisors (SSgA). While there he was responsible for the analysis and management of Asian fixed income and currency investments for Rexiter's emerging markets fixed income products. He joined Rexiter in November 2006 from SSgA where he worked as an Investment Manager in SSgA's Global Fixed Income group, focusing on ‘developed world economies,' most notably those in the dollar bloc. In 2003 and 2004 Mark worked in Singapore and assisted in building the first local currency denominated Asian bond fund. Mark earned a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Martyn is an Investment Officer with Colchester Global Investors and has been with the firm since April 2015. Martyn manages portfolios, monitors risk on a daily basis and conducts fundamental economic research. He began his career in 1999 at Baring Asset Management in London where he was a member of the global fixed income team. From there he moved to Rand Merchant Bank in 2004 to manage offshore bond exposures for the company. In 2009 he joined Mercer where he evaluated fixed income managers across a range of strategies, initially in London but then transferring to Singapore in 2012. Martyn graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Politics and East Asian Studies. He then received a full scholarship from SOAS where he completed an MA in Korean Studies. Martyn was a member of the Territorial Army in the UK and served in Iraq. He is a CFA charterholder.

Michele is Global Head of Legal and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Colchester Global Investors and is responsible for the management of the firm's global legal and compliance resources and the oversight of the procedural, legal and regulatory compliance of the firm. Michele was appointed to the role in July 2014 having been a senior member of Colchester's compliance team since 2012. Prior to joining Colchester, Michele practised as a capital markets lawyer and later a funds and regulatory lawyer during which time she also acted for the firm. Michele sits as an executive director on the Board of Colchester Global Investors Limited alongside Ian Sims and Keith Lloyd. Michele qualified as a lawyer in the UK in 1994 and has a law degree (LLB) from University College London.

Paul is the Senior Executive Officer of Colchester Global Investors Middle East Limited and Global Head of Marketing and Client Services having joined the firm in September 2010. Paul is also an Executive Director and Overseas Representative of Colchester Global Investors (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Paul manages the Marketing and Client Services team, directs marketing and new business development and maintains key client and consultant relationships. He has a background as a Product Specialist, having previously worked at PIMCO as a Product Manager for Sterling Government and Credit and at Fidelity Investments as a Fund Analyst covering global portfolio strategies and global equities. Prior to joining Colchester, he was Head of Structured Products and Deputy Manager of Product Advisory at PAM Global Investments. Paul has a MA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Roxanne Aszkielowicz is Global Head of Operations at Colchester and is responsible for the global operations function across the firm. Roxanne started her career at Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Colchester's Operations Team in 2006 initially in Trade Support. She then moved to the Derivatives Team where she played an instrumental role in setting up the Operations Team in Colchester's Singapore office. In 2018 Roxanne was promoted to Global Head of Operations responsible for teams in both London and Singapore.

Tim is Global Head of Dealing at Colchester and has been with the firm since 2005. Tim is responsible for the implementation as well as three traders in London and two in Singapore. After graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies in 2004, Tim started his career at ABN Amro Mellon before joining Colchester's Operations Team in 2005. He moved to the Dealing Team in 2007 and in 2012 moved to Singapore to help set up the Singapore office. Tim returned to London in 2015 and was promoted to Global Head of Dealing in September 2018.

Trevor Denton is Colchester's Chief Executive Officer for London and has been with the company since April 2014. He joined the firm initially as Head of Dealing before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in October 2019. Trevor moved to his current role as Chief Executive Officer, London in February 2023 and is responsible for managing and providing strategic direction for the London office and operational, IT infrastructure and support functions of Colchester, globally. Trevor began his trading career in 1992 and his work experience includes 7 years at Deutsche Bank Group as a fixed income and FX trader where he set up the central bond dealing desk, followed by 13 years at T Rowe Price International as a Senior Fixed Income Trader before joining Colchester in 2014.
