Hastings & Bexhill Mencap's mission is to improve the lives and opportunities of local people with a learning disability, their families and carers... We offer a network of support for parents and carers within the Society. We hold monthly carers lunches and an annual carers outing... We aim to ensure that people with a learning disability are valued members of the community with equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities.
