I support the development of coaches across the county of Hertfordshire and within our affiliate clubs. In my role I cover the St. Albans, Hertsmere, Dacorum, Three Rivers and Watford areas, working closely with clubs, leagues, players and key partners to support them with all areas of football development so that there are opportunities for all to be involved with the game. My role also has a specific focus on the provision of women and girls football.

In my role as I support the delivery of football by working with local authorities, facilities, leagues and clubs in the North Herts, Stevenage, East Herts, Broxbourne, and Welwyn & Hatfield areas to increase and sustain playing participation and raise standards across the whole game. My role also has a specific focus on the provision of disability football.

My role is to ensure the smooth running of all financial aspects of the Association. This involves working closely with management and the finance committee to set our annual budgets. My responsibilities include payroll, banking, cashflow and management accounts.

Rob Smith

I lead a team that focus on customer excellence, facility management, discipline and regulation, affiliation, strategic planning, administration, HR, marketing, communications and events. Our aim is to ensure our stakeholders are provided with excellent customer service and to govern the game within the disciplinary framework for grassroots football. My focus will be on the pitch and Community Football Centre (CFC), working with the Site Manager, as well as supporting the Board and Council/Corporate Governance.
