David is a time served bench Joiner having attained City and guilds craft, Advanced Craft and Institute of Carpenters Qualifications before moving on to do his ONC and HNC in Construction.
During his career he has progressed through various roles including, Workshop Manager, Technical Draughtsman, Estimator, Project Manager, and Director before getting his tools out again and setting up Realm Projects in September 2000. He has worked nationally and internationally initially making his mark on the Euro-tunnel projects in Folkestone and Calais, France in 1992 before moving on to Dubai to fit out three Museums and a prestigious project in Libya.
When not at Realm, David spends his time with his wife and 3 young sons on his Derbyshire farm and is currently converting a grade two listed Barn.

Matt has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments on a wide variety of sites.
As an experienced contracts manager, Matt focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders, turning his clients' proposals into reality and using various methodologies to deliver excellent outcomes.
With a background in site management, Matt is also skilled at managing sub-contractors and equipment, directing teams of field engineers and overseeing project planning, scheduling, quality control and health and safety. He prioritises strong communication, addressing issues arising on live sites. Matt completes his projects on time and within budget, motivating subcontractors and site teams to deliver each contract to his clients' specifications.

Having left school in 2011 to go to college to study games/media for two years, Mihalis didn't enjoy his college course as much as he would of hoped, but having always had an eye for design and a being a wiz on a computer Mihalis joined a local joinery firm for five years that helped him progress into the manufacturing industry. Whilst there he (with some guidance) self-taught himself AutoCAD & Google Sketch Up, working on jobs for MAC, Nisa, Spar and various other clients.

Mike has a wide range of experience in manufacturing, CAD CAM software and software programming. Starting his career in the workshop, he has worked in bespoke and mass production environments as a cabinet maker, GRP Pattern Maker and Prototyper.
He started his first ‘office' job in 2005 as a draftsman using 2D AutoCAD. He has since implemented 3D CAD software (Solidworks and Inventor) at 3 different companies, greatly improving efficiency and reducing errors in the CAD office. Mike has also automated the link between CAD and various CNC machines.
Since joining Realm, Mike has automated the production of cutting lists and CNC programs. He has also worked on procuring, setting up and integrating our ERP system into the business.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, walking, climbing and has two young children to keep him busy.

Roger has over 30 years' experience within the construction industry, having originally started works as an apprentice joiner, attending West Nottinghamshire College and gaining 3 distinctions for carpentry & Joinery.
Roger joined Realm in 2011 as an estimator for our bespoke joinery, main contracting and commercial fit-out sector. The estimating role provides many challenges from initial concept through to final development of the project. Roger strives to achieve complete understanding of the designers and architects' brief to ensure the end product exceeds all client expectations and falls within a reasonable budget.
Away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, family holidays, travelling, walking, biking, watching and playing football & golf. He is a regular participant at 5-a-side football.

Having joined Realm in 2008, Steve was initially employed as a CAD setter out, producing working drawings for a wide variety of Realm's clients throughout the UK and overseas before progressing to Project Manager. Steve keeps in regular contact with the client team through every stage of a project to ensure the end result surpasses the clients expectations. Having worked in the shopfitting industry for over 26 years, Steve started his working life ‘on the tools' as an apprentice in a traditional joiners shop gaining City and Guilds qualifications along the way before continuing with further education gaining an HNC in Building Studies.
Steve likes to spend his time seeing friends and family, walking in the Peak District and camping when the weather allows!
