Before joining KMI Brands as Chief Operating Officer, Chris has long been a friendly and familiar face around the business working as a senior business consultant for KMI and prior to that providing logistical service and support. As a founder and former Chairman of a successful 3PL, Chris brings a wealth of logistics knowledge with over 25 years' experience in the supply chain and gifting industry, and has worked with all the major grocery and high street retailers. Chris has been instrumental in assessing and implementing improved processes, efficiencies and stronger relationships with our key suppliers and trading partners, along with driving cost benefits in many areas. As KMI continues to grow, ensuring the business keeps agile, lean, and focused on good operational and cost controls is key to our success.

Herbie Dayal - Chairman, Founder

Herbie Dayal is the founder of KMI Brands. He has over 30 years' experience in the beauty industry, starting with the King of Shaves brand and the origination of Ted Baker Beauty business. With an MA from St. Andrews University and an MBA from INSEAD, Herbie previously worked in the UK, Germany, and the USA - mainly in industry and as a consultant for Booz Allen, where he was principally involved in corporate strategy and restructuring for many well-known Fortune 500 corporations. Alongside KMI Brands Herbie also has interests, as an investor and partner, in other beauty businesses as well as in private businesses which are mainly technology led.

LISA STONE

With a wealth of industry experience in licensing and retail, Lisa's promotion from Commercial Director to Chief Growth Officer in January 2023 was a major milestone in her 20-year long journey at KMI Brands. As Chief Growth Officer, Lisa will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue generation. The role will focus on multi-channel marketing activities supporting greater customer value whilst also driving business innovation for long-term growth.

RACHEL PARSONAGE - CEO

With a global sales and operational background stretching over 25 years in beauty and brand, Rachel began her career in the hotel and amenity supply industry, licensing brands and developing markets with British icons including Elemis, The White Company and Penhaligons. A move to retail then ensued as she teamed up with luxury aromatherapy based company This Works, before joining KMI Brands in 2009.
