Andy joined Prodrive in April 2006, after working as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager at Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council for over 18 years. As one of several Quantity Surveyors, Andy is responsible for the financial management of various projects, from feasibility to inception to completion.

Claire joined Prodrive in April 2003 to take on the role of Administration Assistant & Receptionist. Since then, Claire's duties and responsibilities have expanded by necessity as the business has developed. As Finance Manager & Company Secretary Claire's main focus and responsibilities are related to the management of the finance functions of the company, and in particular, Claire maintains and collates accurate financial data from Prodrive projects.
Craig joined Prodrive in June 2005 after plying his trade over many years within the family hardware retail business. As the Prodrive Procurement Manager, Craig is responsible for liaison with suppliers and store management to sure we have the correct materials at the correct prices. On a daily basis, Craig also has the unenviable task of managing on site deliveries.
Dawn joined Prodrive in January 2011. Dawn plays an active part in Client liaison, and is often the initial point of contact for many of our strategic partners. Her tasks include monitoring job progress, Client SLA's, debt management and general office administration duties.
Ian Boyes - Managing Director
After a successful career working for major contractors throughout Europe, Ian decided to put his experience to good use and set up Prodrive Property Maintenance Limited, allowing him to spend more time closer to home with his family. On a day-to-day basis Ian takes responsibility for the smooth managing of the business, and generally becomes embroiled in all aspects of it. As you would expect, Ian is fiercely proud of the Prodrive name and believes that the success of the business can be firmly attributed to its workforce.
James is the newest addition to our Site Management team and is a time served bricklayer with over 30 years experience in the building industry. James's experience ranges from managing revites to new build projects. James oversees all types of projects for Prodrive and deals with the day to day management of site staff.
Kelvin joined Prodrive in April 2005 after a busy career within the construction industry working on many large projects within the North East, and covering most aspects of the trade. As Supervisor, Kelvin has the unenviable task of ensuring that, logistically, all projects are programmed to operate efficiently in terms of materials, resources, Clients instructions, Surveyors expectations and quality of work.
Mark joined Prodrive in 2006, having spent many years working predominantly on civil engineering projects throughout the UK. As a working supervisor on the structural repair team and on major flood projects Mark can generally be seen working at site level covering all aspects of the trade.
Mark joined Prodrive in July 2001 after a successful career working for major contractors throughout Europe. Much of this time spent working with Ian Boyes. As a Director of Prodrive, Mark's role encompasses all aspects of the business, from liaising with Clients and Customers to daily management tasks and allocation of resources. Mark believes that the benefit of having strategic partnerships with many Clients has led to a long term development of the business and the team.
Mark Hynes joined Ian in July 2001, and Prodrive Property Maintenance Limited commenced trading. Shortly after, Prodrive Joinery & Shopfitting Limited was born, headed by a third Director; Gary Downes. The team was further strengthened with the arrival of Steve Watts in 2004 as Construction Director.

Mike has been a member of the Prodrive team since April 2008. He has over 20 years experience within the Insurance Industry having worked for two UK Loss Adjusting practices and in the latter years, for a Disaster Restoration company. His varied role within our organisation includes complaint handling and compliance management for our various Clients and also oversees building drying, restoration and disaster recovery.
